Alright thanks guys for all the advice, I went to get some 27.5 yesterday but that place didn't have any so I'll have to wait until mid week and try another place hopefully they will have some, then I will put in some new plugs, run the bike, and post some pics of the plugs for everybodys opinion but that will be mid week or later so just keep checking back.. I'm still not sure if I should move my needle or not I guess I'll leave it alone for now.

Okay I installed 270 Mains, pilot is 25, the local shop didn't have any 27.5 so I figured I would change that later. carbs are synced, needle clip is in the middle.. I'm guessing that's the stock position but idk. Bike starts great but It won't idle at all. Runs awesome other than that. when I change to the 27.5 will that fix the idle or should I change my needle position.. Any help would be great, thanks

Does the needle clip position affect the idle and low end any..? I was told that's all in the pilot jet but maybe I was told wrong.

I tried messing with the cable a little, I can get it idle at times but not perfect.. Right now the bike has a twist throttle on it and I'm wanting to put a thumb throttle on it. I'll mess with adjusting the cable more when I get the twist throttle removed.

Should I change the pilot jet. Please let me know something because I'll be close to the dealership today and could pick some up. Thanks

I'm at 800ft elevation.

Needle clip was in the middle position. the tors has been removed but the idle screws was never installed. haven't checked the plugs since it was jetted cause it hasn't been rode really. Just a little in the yard but it was a big improvement over how it was before, I mainly just messed with it in the driveway trying to get it to idle.

Okay, I'll try that next. I not sure on what exactly I need. I just know that I've been told by more than one person to go 270 main 27.5 pilot and no airbox lid so that was the direction I was headed in. you think I need to put the lid back on.?? And I won't have to change my pilot at all..?? what about the needle clip position? I've asked about the needle clip several times and I can't ever get a answer. Thanks

UPDATE.. I bought some exhaust fmf sst exhaust with power core 2 silencers, so yesterday I pulled the carbs to clean them but they looked spotless inside. I noticed my jets was 25 pilot, 200 main. So I went to the local dealer to get some different jets so I could throw on the exhaust. All he had was Mains he would have to order the pilot jets. I went ahead and got 270 main jets and went home and put them in, made sure the carbs was synced, put it all back together. and it ran so much better it still won't idle but I'm thinking that will change when I go from a 25 pilot to a 27.5 what do you think..? Now my current setup is tors removed, pro flow intake k&n filter with air box lid off, fmf sst exhaust with 270 main, 25 pilot and 2 turns out on the airscrew. What should I do to get it to idle and have a little more bottom end cause right now its kinda boggy in the bottom end until it hits the powerband. I'm thinking just change the pilot jet but what about the needle clip.? Where should I position that at. Thanks

Oh and you asked what jets are in it now... Stock size jets is what the Guy told me when I bought it. I asked him if it was jetted since it had a k&n on it and he said no. so whatever stock jets are is what I have I guess. I haven't actually looked to see though.

Stock pipes, I didn't put the k&n on.. Airbox lid is on still. I can't say anything about how it ran before the k&n, its ran like this since I got it. There is no parking brake lever on the handlebars but I don't know if anything has been unhooked or the lever its just missing, how do I check that..? About the tors.. Yes its unhooked, is it unhooked right? I have no clue it was done when I got it? I do know there are all kinds of plugs hanging around the motor not taped up and they aren't cut, they are just unplugged hanging there. I assume those was part of the tors system but I have no clue.. How do I know if the tors its unhooked right or if one of those plugs just hanging there is causing a problem.?? thanks guys

Mods are the following. Tors has been removed, k&n filter with pro flow intake. the bike hasn't been jetted for the k&n. I just recently bought this bike so I don't know much about it, what I do know is it will not idle, when its in neutral and you give it some throttle it don't want to rev up like it should. When your riding the bike it don't really want to hit the powerband in the lower gears like it should and it does decent in the higher gears but not great. Whats going on.? Is it all in the jetting since its never been done and now it has a k&n on it? If so please explain that to me cause I would think that would make it run lean but its not feeling like that, it just loads up real bad. Could it be the reeds? Do I have one broke? Should I flip them around? if I jet it what size should I go with? Main? Pilot? Needle clip position? I'm around 800 ft elevation. Any help on this would be great, I could use the advice. Thanks
