  1. Ill take the stator if still a available. Sending pm
  2. my vote would be any 97 up as all the critical components such as the cdi and stator use the same connectors from 97-06 and the new style connectors are more plentiful. if you dont mind the occasional connector swap then it doesnt really matter as to what year you get

    02+ tail light

hit up mpd579 i believe he has one that he would sale ya
  4. The ac power generated from a stock set up will make a very short life of led lights, and fyi trail tech's are only $125 new

    10 mill crank

look in the for sale thread wacko2000 has a brand new billet 10mm crank for sale
  6. looked again and doesnt look like the cases have sold so would you be interested is selling the billet neutral switch cover ?
  7. Interested in selling the billet neutral cover ?
  8. From a cosmetic view the one piece chariot head wins my vote for the best looking but makes it a little harder to install since everything must go on at once.
  9. How many of u guys have done the shift shaft bearings and where and what bearings do u use ? Also is this mod even worthwhile
  10. Any dyno sheets on that motor loco? I have a serval and still juggling what pipes to run. Seems lots of people think shearers ftw for a serval since the lower exhaust port timing and CPI liking higher Exh durations. Be nice to compare the 2
  11. 155 main and 48 pilot should be pretty close and a little to the rich side to get you started and most always start out with CEL needle in the middle clip. Type of porting will make a difference as well , if full drag may wanna start with a 160 and come down just to be safe
  12. damn sprinklerman beat me to the draw
  13. Youtube lapping flywheel there is a how to video on there, not a banshee but the same process is used. To set pickup coil gap , completely assemble stator side of engine then you will need a filler gauge to set the gap between the pick up coil and the raised rectangular sections on the flywheel. .018 gap should get you going
  14. What would u say caused this, idler gear failure ?
  15. I have a set of of black powder coated yfz arms already setup for a banshee if Sumone wants to make a complete setup with these shocks.
  16. Fireball can hook u up with stock width arms
  17. A lot of bikes do this , even brand new ones. More than likely your problem is just the cold oil is thicker and causes more drang between the clutch plates and gears etc. with engine not warmed up and running smoothly yet this extra drag causes it to die
  18. I believe he is talking about the factory rubber rings that go between the plates, these are not needed and are only used by the oem to help dampen clutch noise/vibration
  19. very pleased with every part of my transaction with 007banshee. shipping, price, part, communication all were excellent
  20. if no one else chimes in and helps ya out ill get you one tonight
  21. dont know if you can zoom in enough to help ya but in the live pic thread i posted a pic this morning of a yellow bike standing up and it had the ac pro pegs on it , approx a 3-1/2 in bolt through the upper hole in frame with a nut on the back side to hold the motor mount is the setup
  22. most of the ac ive seen you will use a long bolt that reaches through the frame and front motor mounts
  23. chayote86 did have a set
