  11. Well where are you located I was looking for a roller.
  12. Thank you all on this. I am going with Wiesco Pistons 66 mm, boyesen two stage reeds, My Pro circuit full exhaust, cool head, port matched cylinders and of course the 4mil crank with long rods. I think this will work out ok.
  13. Exactly what they did. Bored the original out to +100 then sleeved it back to stock. Half ass deal for sure. This was just on one cylinder the other is in perfect condition. the one that has the 1/2 sleeve is the one that messed up.
  14. One cylinder has a thin sleeve top pic and the other does not bottom pic. Is this ok? Look at the pictures at the bottom of the cylinder and it is clear what I am talking about. One clearly has a smooth transition and the other has a sleeve. And these were 64.46 mm can I have them bored out safely? I dont want to waste time or money.
  15. pic 2 those are the two diff cylinders. Is this ok
  16. Got some cylinders pulled off of my banshee upon inspection 64.46 pistons were installed. Looking at the cylinders tho you can see the sleeve in one and in the other you can not see a sleeve. Any insight to if this is ok let me know cause I have never seen this before.my pics are to big to attach.
  17. I have a hot rods crank i believe is 4 mil, hot rods long rods, will need new pistons, have cylinders bored .040 over, I have a cool head. Can this setup be reliable every day rider. on my bike now I have stock bottom end, Wiseco .030 over pistons, vforce reeds, cool head. Its extremely reliable but I would like some more power. What do you guys think about reliability of the 4 mil setup is it worth my time?
  18. Thank you for the info Im trying to figure this out checked the head out and it has been milled but I will know for sure tomorrow when I measure the domes as I am a machinist so I can at least do that. So i could bolt the cylinder back on since they are ruined already. Thanks again.
  19. Well bought a banshee with a blown motor, Upon disassembly I see Hot Rods ck158b rods and hr 204 crank how do I find out what I have?
