  4. I wana upgrade to a cool head. My motor is a 4mil 110rod stock cyl 66mmpistons. And soon 34mmpj carbs. Ff fattys power core. What domes should I look for? Looking for best price with domes and nuts washers orings. I fond some 2pc on ebay for 180. But the 1 pc is 169 w washers and nuts. Not shure wich domes fit wich head and how to tell.
  5. I didn't know there was a diff? Here more pics. I think these pods are 4" not 6" This is the parts that came in my kit.
  6. I'm not shure if I kept the manifolds on my ported stock cyl or if there in the box of parts that were on it on the drag setup. Ill look closer when I get home and I snap some more pics.

  8. Hey guys I'm in the process of turning my 421 to trails and not asphalt drags. These are like brand new cost 699 for the kit. I'm going to smaller carbs so I won't be needing these! My loss your gain. These are 38mmpwks , cable to connect them, adapter to get to manifold, and 6" k&n pods. I had the bowls off to make shure they are clean inside. I can't remember exact jetting in them bt if someone needs to know I can pop one apart and check. Text me w questions. Matt 614-989-1833. Don't be afraid to shoot offers. Buyer should get longer pods like 8" with this big of carbs. But ill include what cam in the kit! Has the clamps no bolts from carbs to the manifold I don't think. I have to check my parts box I think I used stock bolts. Was on my 421 w vitos monoblock trinity racing drag pipes 68.5mm pistons 19cc domes 4mil 110rod. Also may sell the monoblock cyl head combo. Or partial trade for some trail ported stock cyls anda cool head. Monoblock and head areexpensive nd rare.
  9. Hey guys I have someone wanting to trade me for my trinity racing drag pipes. There offering 2 34mmpj carbs and a rear works I believe shock. Shock was setup or their weight and its close to mine. My motor is a 4mil stroke 110 rod 66mm piston stock head. Would these work? I can buy a cool head and smaller domes if I need too. I'm in ohio 800ft elevation. Mostly fast trails hairscramble and hills.
  10. ok i ordered jets from 290 to 330 and pilot jets from 45 to 47.5 for the stock carbs im proably gona get some 69mm pistons and run the vitos monoblock and head combo with the pwk 38s. what jetting for them would u use. looks like he was lean bad from the pistons that he had with it. the pwk 38s are 175 main jets and 45 pilot also have a set of 52s as they sit now. i was thinking about ordering 10 bigger and get 185s to 190s and use the 52 pilots.

  12. Yea they are real close most neck down before the muffler and trinity ones don't. Now I'm at a crossroad. Do I put the vito cyl back on with 69mm pistons and the 38mm carbs or just keep stock headand cyl with 26mm carb.

  14. can you guys tell me anything about these drag pipes they are 2 out 1 side i cant find a plate with a name or numbers but ive seen some like them before. they came with my banshee and im thinking of selling some of the parts. the setup is a 4mil stroke vitos crank kit 68.5mm pistons keihn pwk 38mm carbs, vitos mono block and head combo cnc ported, these drag pipes. guy said it was a real powerful bike, he ran it on asphalt drags. i have a 4" longer swing arm and lowering kit for it. the pods, manifolds and such. they were only on when he ran it with the vitos head and 38mm pwks. people i know said that he was very fast on it. but nobody remembers the et.or mph
  15. Where is the best place to buy the jets and pilot jets? Ill proably need a few diff sizes since I ride in diff weather.
  16. Man that sucks these carbs look sick. The stock ones hd the tors eleminated and are twist throttle. Ill have to pull the stockers off and see what they are inside. I figured the 4mil and slightly more bore would like the pwks. I do a little idle but mostly like hairscramble. Speed and hills.
  17. the pwk 38s are 175 main jets and 45 pilot also have a set of 52s. i have all the parts to install these manifolds to pods. if they will work and work better with the fattys id like to use them cause the bigger piston and 4mil stroke. i also have lowering kit and 4" longer swingarm
  18. i have a set of keihn pwk 38mm carbs with kan pods. could i use these instead of the stock 28mm. the motor is 4mil stroke and 66.5mm piston. not shure on any aftermarket dome but its a stock head. it had a vitos monoblock cyl and head with 19cc domes and drag pipes setup for drag racing. at that time it had 68.5 mm pisons. right now its just stock cyl head i believe stock compression dome. 66.5mm pistons 4mil stroker short rod. and fmf fattys powercore silencers. stock air box with lid stock single filter. the pwks have pods that fit them and run with no lid. what should i do. right know its lean up top falls flat.
  19. Wow 330s I've read some saying 300s were too much for fattys. What percenage for oil mix. I know more oil leans it and less richens it too. Do u guys go for 30:1 32:1 I think I did it for 32:1. Mine does have a 4 mil stroke kit so I'm shure it wants a little more.

Hey guys i need to rejet my banshee and want help deciding where to start. i have a 05. with stock box, lid with holes in it stock carbs as far as i know carbs are bone stock, had stock pipes and silencers on it but motor is modded. pistons are 65.5 i believe has a 4mil vito crank and ported stock cylinders i knew the stock pipes had to go so i put fmf fattys and power core silencers on im in oh elevation is around 750 to 800 ft. and summer tune is what im looking for i dont wona blow it up on my first ride. so were should i start with jetting. i was tinking going to 260mains. its a twist throttle conversion do know if that matters. i also have 30mm aftermarket carbs for it and a vitos monoblock cyl and 19cc dome head but it only works with a 69mm piston im mostly trails and hills. help me get it going in the right direction. i wana ride it next weekend.

  22. I just love e85 its a killer fuel for under 3dollars a gallon. I can get 100 unledded and 110 c12 c14 or c16 locally in columbus. But its mostly what e85 can do that gas can't that makes me wana run it. My s10 is at about 28percent more fuel than gas. 2 strokes don't act the same? I know meth is double your gas tune normaly. But I know I can run e85 leaned to a 8.4:1 afr and still get no knock no carbon and just a damn clean motor.
