Id take cylinder to a good shop and have them put a bore gauge on them to ensure there round. Chances are, if your replacing pistons, the cylinders need attention too. Plus, according to your measurements, you got GOOBS of piston to wall slop.
Haha. Ill be there. I just changed sites. I just didnt wanna hear your wifey beating you at night again... So if anyone likes spousal abuse, site 111 is up for grabs!!
I have an oem stem that is in great shape with relatively fresh gloss black PC. I also have a stock swing arm somewhere as well. Ill post pics tomorrow.
After every ride i spend roughly 20bucks at the car wash for truck/trailer/quad. The quad gets degreased before pressure wash. At home, it gets spray washed to remove water spots then i hit plastics and certain other parts with tire shine(gel) and then wipe that down to get oily residue off.
usually 2-3 hard passes and then color shows as long as your not on the edge.(300') Remember, if your tuning in the yard, your probably spinning pretty bad and not loading the motor hard enough to actually tune it correctly.
Possible. All i can say is tune to what bike wants/needs. Get bike to pull clean and make a couple hard back to back passes and pull plugs. Adjust from there. Me personally, if im hot lapping the bike, i dont like to see the bottom plug ring with more then 1/2 color.
