  1. i dont think i got water in it because both sides have ran so it would have cleared any water out
  2. that was the wierd thing i swapped the plug wires and the right side came back but only for a few seconds then went out again, so i guess im a little confused
  3. im with josh brandon at wildcard cant beat him, and he knows banshee's like nobodys business
  4. went out riding this weekend for the first time since i have rebuilt my shee, and all i can say is wow, now i know why everybody is so obessed with banshees there fuckin insanely fun to ride. so thanks for all the help in the past to get it running and any advice on this problem would be great. basically i ran one tank of gas threw it, on my brand new build and parked it outside it rained to beat hell and went to go ride the next day and would only fire on the left side. Im running 2 into 1 intake so i know its not a carb issue just wondering if there is any connectors that could have gotten wet or whatever.
  5. i have that vitos crank looks like it was made really well, i just have stock bore, have about two hours on it and no complaints, i have heard mixed thoughts on there pistons but there cranks look pretty damn decent and there all polished not that you can see them of course
  6. also as i have not done a whole lot of jetting how do the numbers work as far as richer and leaner is a bigger jet lets say a 160 to 170 would the 170 alow more fuel aka richer or would the 160 run more fuel
  7. here are my mods starting up my fresh build tonight would like any help that anyone can offer, my mods are: 98 yamaha banshee 64.25 wiesco, vitos hemi head 2, 22cc domes, 700-1000 feat above sea level 70-85 degrees, vitos forged crank and rod assmbly, chariot 2 into 1 intake with a 35mm pwk air stryker,and pro cictuit pipes and mufflers, no port work, and if it makes a difference i will be strictly trail riding thanks in advance

  9. whats the biggest bar riser you can put without extending hoses or cables, or anybody running a clarke 5.5 gallon tank cause it hits the tank at about a five degree turn so just wondering what ones are decent and how big i can go safely without streching the brake hose thanks.

  11. call brandon at wildcard racing he will help you make the right decision, my mistake was not calling him early enough in my build but either way he got me straightened out and has a ton of knowledge on banshee motor's his number is on the forum sponsor page
  12. call brandon at wildcard racing, he is amazing, retarded smart about banshee, any questions and he will have an answer for you i called him and bought a full top end nothing but a top notch experience, hes your guy and very reasonable. but i do believe he said it was going to be 280 to port, but either way a phone call is free so grow some balls and call him you wont be disappointed i wasnt. thats my 2 cents
  13. problably your floats arnt set at the right height causing them to overflow
  14. well a little update, called brandon at wildcard and i wish i would have sooner, but ordered jugs with a fresh bore and hone job 64.5 and orings domes pro lites 3 bond gasket set and seal set and a pancake bearing from him for under 700.00 would recommend him to anybody tons of knowledge and super nice and easy to deal with plus you cant beat his prices. thanks brandon appreciate all your help and look forward to doing business in the future with you. Dont waste your time with ebay or any of that crap just call him

  16. i wish i could do it that way but like i said my jugs are already at 66 and they are scored to beat hell after the skirt broke off

  18. finishing up my build and looking to buy a jug and piston kit, on other wheelers i have used a guy in florida who does some really nice work (summit off road) and he has a kit with a fresh bore 65mm and prolites and gaskets shipped for 550 just wondering if you think that is a good deal or not, seeings how they are already 40 thousandths over. i would like to stay as close to 64mm as possible but realize to that they can be bored a few more times so not to worried my juggs currently are 66mm and are scored badly so they are not an option or if you guys have an idea of where to get similiar kits at a decent price thank you for any help
  19. just wanted to throw a shout out and a thanks to chariot performance just bought there 2 into 1 complete setup with carb, and i cant say enough about how complete the kit is and how well the maching work looks and the bag of jets was a nice also, have not installed it yet as i am finishing my build but cant wait
  20. is this neccesary to do on all the banshee engine builds, even if your using 21cc domes and stock stroke and and pro lites
  21. so i am throwing a whole new motor together also and i guess i have never heard of this (squish) term what exactly is that procedure
  22. sweet cause that is exactly what i am trying to build a good reliable trail machine, that will walk all over the guys i ride with although none of them have qauds, as they all drive 4x4s but one of them has an sportsman 850 but either way not to worried, thanks for all the advice and knowledge you guys share, and i saw that (let me google that for you) stunt yesterday in a post laughed till i almost pissed myself
  23. thats a bummer, the air splitter just look pretty cool as i have only seen flatslide carbs and roundslide but either way hopefully it will have some decent low end and be pretty reliable
  24. sorry just posted this under product reviews on accident but anyways just bought the chariot setup with the 2 into 1 and the 35 kehin air stryker, craziest carb ive ever seen just wondering if anybody has run those carbs before and what benefits they have or if they are any better than a normal carb thanks
  25. just bought the chariot 2 into 1 set up from chariot performance on ebay just got it today and the 35pwk air stryker carb is ridiculos looking never seen a carb like it wondering if anybody knew the advantages to it but otherwise as far as chariot goes the qaulity of the parts looks amazing attn to detail is ridiclulos awesome set and by the way i got the 425 set up the carb filter and intake and throttle cable setup. looks great cant wait to try it and before a bunch of poeple cut me down like on of my last posts, its a trail machine looking for fast and reliable
