  2. I moved from CA to TX. No dunes :-( Its mostly trails here so Im changing the setup to better suite the riding out here.

Will come with 2 matching keihin carbs, intakes with crossover tube, K&N filters, throttle cable and twist throttle set. Looking for $200.00 OBO - Message me and I can email or txt pics to you. Thanks - J

  5. Damn that sucks bro. I loved riding in Glamis but hated what it did to the motors! Also check your timing key. They get sheared off sometimes and it messes with the timing. Did it on mine and blew the motor up.
  6. Great seller! I would buy from him again. Item was packed good and as described. No issues!
  7. I had a similar issue, found out that one of my floats was set incorrectly and it allowed exess fuel out of the overflow. I searched for days prior to figuring it out.
  8. Clutch adjustment and possibly replace the ball if it has flat spots.
  9. For some reason I remember just unplugging mine from the harness... Did you cut it pre or post connector?
  10. I had long travel setup that I bought from ALBA Racing and it used ELKA quad rates at 13". Ride was nice when I balanced it with the ELKA long travel rear... pricey but a nice set up.
  11. "I just bought this single carb on ebay and threw it on" - I would die laughing if I was able to tell sombody that and they believed it!!
  12. I used the IMS Roll Design pegs and they are awesome!!!
  13. Holy huge ports batman!!! damn that cascade is opened way up!! I wonder how the velocity is in that unit being so large... Seems like it might have some lag.
  14. sounds like TORS to me.... Is the parking brake disengaged? It will cause it to not rev up as well.
  15. I like the 927 myself... but I hear really good things about the Klotz. Ive just run the 927 for so long it wins by default... lol
  16. I owned them on my first Banshee and they were better than stock... that being said I saw an increase just switching to Pro Circuit's pipes and silencers. But when i changed over to the Cheetah 485PV the trinity pipes did better than the Pro Circuits did. - J
  17. Go with a welded and trued crank with good bearings. Lower your compression and your plugs by 2 on the temp range. You using a dry boondockers type or a wet NX system?
  18. The domes sizes in the cool head provide different CC's for compression ratio changes. From what I remember when I was running the CUB I could not use the cool head on the cylinder.
  19. I bought a trinity head for my first bike and the domes are pricey to say the least! All the heads provide better cooling and interchangable domes...
  20. Riding both I would go with the Laegers frame. The frames themselves are both very strong and durable. However as stated above, the front T spindle of the Laeger is far superior. When I built my frames I had some minor fitment issues with the Lonestar that was not present with the Laegers. If doing it again I would go with Laegers. Just my .02 - J
  21. Anybody live in central Texas?? Im looking to hook up with some riders at the Kermit Dunes for some sand shredding!! Im a CA transplant and Im having Dune withdrawals!! - J
  22. The 2 into 1 are tricky to set up... they are offered in different carb sizes like 33, 35 and 38 I believe... and thats just the kits. I will say this though... on my 02 ported stock cylinders with a cool head I used the 33 and it was amazing. Tons of bottom and a healthy mid. Top lacked compared to my twin 32's but i was looking specifically for the lower power as I was doing mostly trail riding at the time. Start with the pilot, then move to the needle and on to the main. Its a PITA but once done I think way worth the effort. I just bought one for my new project and im pulling my duals off to put on the single!! - J
