    try it then work your way down till perfect. when i went down and rode at sea level i threw 330s at it but i had pods and i was farily rich. but always better off starting big but 280 to 320 is a pretty good sized jump

    that i cant tell ya cuz theyre not on the dome he does them but compression ratio do know they were cut race gas at 800 feet tho

    Stroker domes for a 4 mill runnin blaster pistons. Set up for race gas. I had about 140ish psi with these at 5000' got them from redline. 40 shipped

    ^^agreed I was rattling plugs out this last weekend richened up the needle and put the plugs in a lil tighter and all was good only thing I thought of trying since plugs looked perfect. I'm still not narrowing down that as my issue but deff helped.

    Well you'd minus the 2 mm step and the area of the bore fo say a 4 mill. But for this 421 cub doesn't need stroker domes as the height needed is in the cyls. But just finding a cc won't solve all dome issues squish/band/angle can all play a rule. But where its a new problem not from day one I doubt its a dome issue.

    since you didnt have probs before i doubt the dome is the issue. If its anything like here and has gotten colder and ya havnt hanged your jetting you could be running it too lean. id check that and a leak down.

    i thought sand mountain utah was gonna be closed also blm land. there wasnt really any enforcment but they were still giving tickets if ya didnt pay.

    real cheap! sweet 472 will cost more to set up case work diff head more expensive pistons and such things to think about. id go with the 421 then cheaper pistons and such and both rip
