ya can get them around 45 bucks easy to change you do need a flywheel puller. fast sells them both pretty cheap do some searching on here and you'll find a bunch of info

not that hard to pull a plug and look at it

i ride all day and it never gets hot did last time i rode in 100degrees but was in tight trails but still not to bad kept riding

i always line them up. besides the wobble factor youd think youd want them digging in at the same time to give you more forward momentum IMO
