yeah I went through a bunch of them and some of them confused me more haha. One guy had 170 main and others had like 300 haha. Im gonna get a few sizes bigger and see how it works. It is getting cold here too, 40-50 is the high.

I have a 98 shee all stock except airbox lid removed and k & n filter. It runs great with the stock 200 and 25 jets but it cuts out a little bit on the top end when close to wot. I was wondering if I shoud go up to a 210 or down to a 190 or so? Im going to do a plug chop tomorrow and post pics to see what you all think. thanks in advance.

the grooves are not too deep, I filed them smooth pretty easily. I will try it out, if it doesnt help I will just replace it.

yea, they dont feel good. I think that is what my problem is. The discs cant slide on that surface easily. As long as I can file them smooth thats the route I will go.

Are these grooves bad? Can I file them smooth? The discs and springs are all in spec..

thanks, I have a digital caliper so I should be good. I adjusted the cable so it points at that mark and I have NO clutch haha. I cant get it to move...I have to screw the cable in to get it in gear...

thanks, i hope they do haha. I wonder if those friction and seperator plates just wear out or what? I cant feather the cluch at all, it just all or nothing..not fun to ride from a stand still.

I need to check those things. I do believe that my clutch lever is all the way out. I will check the mark and see if it ligns up as well. I was mainly wondering what wears out and needs to be replaced usually, guess its hard to tell until you disassemble the clutch...

Whenever I let the clutch out it has no engagement until the very end, when the lever is almost totally out. Is this something I can fix with adjustment or does it need a new clutch? I figured it out, it was the pilot jet. It was wayyy to big. Thanks for all your help!

Also, my airbox has a few broken clips, I think im just going to run it without it. How much do you think that will effect the jet size? thanks
