Selling the Banshee 4 Mil Vitto short rod 64.5 Wiseco pistons HJR Port work (was hardcore mx & Kevin upped it to a "hot dune" port) Pro Design cool head 19 and 23 cc domes V Force 4 35 PWK carbs +4 TDR swing arm black powder coated YFZ 450 a arms shocks & brakes T5's JJ&A twin row carrier (purple) K&N pods with outerwear's almost new Hole Shot HD's on the rear FAST HD clutch Lonestar +3 Chrome Axle White and Black rear fenders new DID chain http://photobucket.com/2002shee Less than 20 hours on the motor Bike ran great on pump gas....I switched it over to race gas had Kevin open up the port work some more and added the 35's (switched from 34PJ's) actually slowed down at 1st but after the port work and the carb upgrade this bike runs good. Its a little faster on race gas but I have the domes to go back to pump gas. I'd like to sell it I've got my eye on 110th anniversary Harley I want, but I'm not going to give it away. Asking $3600 open to offers. NO change with CPI pipes bike feels like it runs better in 4th gear plus than it does in 1-3?? May trade it on a 350 Warrior w electric start LOL -

Those T5's might not be holding me back I'm going to borrow a set of CPI's and see this week If I get any improvement off the swap I'll be selling a nice set of T5's with some fresh baked on paint ;-) I had some more port work done and went to 110 and not see much if any improvement ??? Ive got a few posts up about it. Pipes are all i've not tried changing out MighT BE THE RIDER lol

Keihin 34mm Pj's is all Ive ever know these carbs by? Our elevation is around 1500 feet & yes that is why it was slower before simple terms (that all I understand) it couldn't get all the exhaust out Gonna borrow a set of CPI's this week and try them out -
OK if anybody read my post a few weeks back I switched to 110 and my bike slowed down. After all kinds of work and headache meds here is what I've got........... Kevin cut me some domes (tried 19cc and 20cc) My compression was up around 190. He said based on everything he wanted to do some different porting (had his Hardcore MX 4 mil port) so I send the cylinders back to him. He opened the exhaust up some more and did a little work on the intake. Put it back together and it runs just like it did on pump gas with 23 cc domes. (remember is was slower on 110 before the new port work) My thinking is I'm justing making all the power I can get on my setup. Right or Wrong? Would it be worth my time to take my T5's off and try a set of CPI's? Any other ideas? Mods are in my sig My jetting is right on IMO 155 main 42 pilot and on the 2nd clip squish was .042 ran the timing at +6 +4 and 0 didn't make a difference tried 110 from 3 places mixed a little 93 in once and ran some 100LL It runs its best on the 110 I'm running the stock gearing with 20 tires I did try a 15 tooth front just for the hell of it......might run a little better from a 2nd and 3rd gear roll but not enough to make up for what it would lose off the line vs the 14 t I swapped my old old Rad valves out for a set of VForce 4's Flywheel is good BTW sidenote Kevin (HJR) has broken his neck helping me. Calls me back after hours, he loaned me a set of the domes to see which worked better, did my new port work the next day after he got it, exc. Needless to say I'm going to send him a Christmas gift. I've not talked to him since I did my test and tune tonight to get his thoughts. Saving that til Monday. LOL

It made 61 with an airbox, pump gas, and my shitty job jetting. HJR did some more port work, race gas, I'm getting a dyno tune and I switched the air box to pods. I'd like to see 70

When do you need a "lock up" clutch? Is there a magic HP number? Or certain type of riding it works for? Still new to all this stuff and you won't know til you ask! Thanks

have 19cc domes marked 19 +2 from FAST used in my 4 mil I know the 19 is the cc i have no idea what the +2 is 40 Shipped Key Switch with the bracket on the back works just not in the best shape 30 shipped http://s1151.photobucket.com/albums/o625/mpd579/

Thats 100% on the $$$$ Some of the trouble I was fixed by switching domes Kevin at HJR is who I use Good guy to deal with & I've been able to get him on the phone at 4 pm Sunday afternoon when I've needed his help.
