This is NOT true. Cheap stuff is cheap, not even decent... 95% of the time. People spend $15 on a compression tester and are shocked that it isn't consistent. Orlly.

Yes it does. I had some done by someone on here and it chipped EVERYWHERE. I do a lot of powdercoating myself, now.... And I've never had it chip.

Can the cylinder lift off of the cases? If you turn the crank, the one rod will go down, the other will come up. -

Might be a dumb question, but with the stud nuts off, can you turn it over and will the cylinder go up and down in relation to the crank? I'm not sure if that makes sense or not lol.
