looking to buy a clear clutch cover, if i could make one id do it instead. will it work?
No. Its a stock clutch cover, it has the inner center cut out so my dad could adjust the clutch. Thats why when you get a stock banshee the center piece removes to a solid back. You cut that out and use the stock plastic piece that says yamaha and the gasket to seal it.
Like it says. I want to buy some aftermatket shocks, cheap for trail shee, braided brake lines std length fronts. And +3 rear. A clutch cover that has a clutch window to show the clutch. Lemmie know.what you have.
They make that plastic insert and o ring so you can cut a hole there and be able to tune your clutch easier. I just want the insert piece seen on trinitys site. Not the full thing
I tore my banshee down, have a few questions:
1: well i look in the exhaust hole and the front of the piston looks slightly chewed up, whyd this happen on brand new pro lite wisecos? Motor has good compression im jw.
2: since im doing a build, and its all tore down, is there stuff i should do for the frame? And easy mods to anything while its apart?
3: what kind of carbs are gonna be best on this trail/road banshee? Im usually WFO.
My motor top to bottom:trintiy stave 4 cool head, 20cc domes, wiseco. 020 pistons, mildly ported(trail), +4 on adj timing plate, vf3 reeds, hinson kevlar clutch, hd springs, billit water impellar. Are 32mm flat slides too big?
