Sweet for sure that'd be cool So when you bought the jugs were they ported for a 4 mil or not? I see that you are trying to throw a 4mil in and its a completely different port than stock stroke if I remember right

I got dam near the same build Hjr aggressive dune port 65.25 Stock stroke 34pj vf3 Dual K&n 18cc domes...prodesign ch Cpi inframes Asked the same question a week ago. I started at 170 But here in Vegas I think it'll be good at 156-160 Just threw my build together from stock If u look at the digital toolkit that's pinned U can click on samples at the bottom of the spreadsheet and find similar builds. Dune ported 34pj most are running156 I live Northwest Vegas usually go to armagossa Pm me to meet up some time We going to armagossa next weekend my buddy just gotta 87 mines an 89....

I dropped some sand in mine a few weeks ago and the advice I got was to fill with diesel and dump a few times then fill spin crank empty fill spin crank and empty..... Made sense. To me. Half people said split case other half said to do diesel thing. Diesel keeps everything oiled like bearings. I got everything together and ran it at dunes and no problems yet.

The nut popped of again at the dunes. The first time it shredded my woodruff key. luckily at the dunes it didn't do anything to it. I ended up slapping a lockwasher and locktite So it wouldn't happen again It lasted me the day. I told my friends its that crazy horsepower I got Lol -

I figured it out the dam flywheel bolt popped loose ....felt like an idiot cuz I dam near rewired the bike before I pulled the flywheel /stator cover -
Make sure the float is connected to the stopper. If not it will not let any fuel in.

Ya I bought it from trail tech But the regulator has nothing to do with cdi or coil if in not mistaken. I bought the bike without a regulator to begin with. I found that out when I hooked some lights up. Currently the yellow from stator that would normally go to the regulator then to the light I chilling off to the side along with the floated ground. Those two wires are all that's needed to go to the reg/rec. Ive reading some 2005 threads on here and seems like some people have had nightmares with similar situations. I don't think I have any shorts and i think all my grounds are good .....I just don't get why stator would shit out in 10 mins of running. I'm trying to see if one of my friends that has his banshee in pieces will let me borrow his stator to check if that's it -

And it died at the end of the street Pushed.it back to my house No spark Running a Lil rich no problems anywhere else I think My buddy just picked up a banshee and it was sitting in my garage so I took my cdi(whatever is in the back) and pluged it into his. His got spark. With my cdi. Then I took my plugs wires and coil box and plugged it into his. And he got spark. Checked my grounds and they all looked good ...I even redid a few to make sure. I tried the AC to DC conversion of floating the ground. On stock stator. But haven't even hooked all that stuff up yet. I hear stock stator is garbage but I have no lights or battery putting it under any load. I'm stuck. Help please

First time doing any of this but stripped bike down from stock and putting it back together now.....with upgrades so I have no clue where to start with jets Will be riding at armagossa dunes north of Vegas. Elevation 2450ft Herr jugs 65.25 aggressive dune port Cool head 18 domes Vf3 reeds and cages Keihin 34mm PJ 2 k&n with panty hose Cpi ifsb 100 octane 40.1

Well pulled motor but not gonna split cases..... We'll see. Ill post if I ruin anything .... Its all a learning expierience. I figure if sand actually got in bearing I'm not gonna get it out by splitting cases unless I replace em I think me flushing it will give me same results as me splitting case. I don't wanna fork out cash to dip it. Idk. Ill risk it I guess and worst case. Is thrashed bearing and get a forged crank
