70 is very doable with the right combination of parts... this is a pump gas 350 that was ported in 2003, so I'm sure there has been much more learned in the past decade.

my dune ported 350 with 33PWK's, K&N pods, VF2's, CPI's, & 4* of timing, liked CEL needles(clip 1 slot below center), 140 mains, & 40 pilots... 2 turns on the fuel screws.
