  1. never got a pm. Send an e-mail address if you want pics. thanks!
  2. Just bought some shearer small bore in frames with silencers....super excited about that. So with those and the 33s it should run some good rpms now. My other question is what are some of the better intakes for top end? I currently have aluminum Air Speed intakes that originally had 28s on them. I planned on just changing out the rubber flages to fit the new 33s. But after looking at a lot of used parts...i noticed there are many different designs of intakes out there. My intakes have a full "X grate" on the inside. I have seen some some just half that( or split in the center). I imagine this is to create smoother air flow...but the ones I have almost seem like they would be restrictive on top end because of so much surface area. What are you guys running for intakes?
  3. Yes I can include a throttle cable. Send me you e-mail and I'll send pictures. thanks
  4. e-mail sent w/pics. thanks
  5. $600 is already dirt cheap. Plus there are a few people interested. I would only charge the actual shipping cost....roughly $60-$90. thanks
  6. thanks for the feedback guys! I do have it geared kinda tall...but I can just feel the powerband level out. I just bought some new PWK 33s from the HQ for sale forum. I also plan on getting Shearer pipes. If some day down the road I decide I want to go bigger. Can the 33s be bored?..to was size being safe?
  7. LOWERED PRICE......$600 plus shipping
  8. there's a set on ebay right now
  9. I would try a pressure test, and test the cylinder compression.
  10. I have a set of Keihin pwk 28mm carbs. They are in excellent shape and work like new. Nothing is damaged or worn on both carbs. They have less than 200 miles of total use since new! Plus they were ran with race fuel...so no gummy junk on the inside. The outside and inside are clean like new. Includes two complete carbs minus the main, pilot and needle jets. I can e-mail pictures apon request. Located in Wisconsin and willing to ship. $150 shipped
  11. the pipes are sold...thank you!
  12. How much for the pipes shipped to 53965..? thank you!
  13. ***reduced price !!! **** $325 shipped to the lower 48. Great pipes with very little use!
  14. Recently got a banshee and it's the first owned in almost 20 years. It a 94 and mainly stock, 2nd owner and well cared for. I already and put a ton of money and time into it...the addication has started!! I have spend weeks working on it and only a few day riding it so far!! But it did run perfect! The last 12+ years I've been riding 4-stroke qauds and sleds. Lately i got a bug up my ass and decided I was sick of only going 85mph on my yfz450. And after being on some high powered sleds most of my life..the 450 just seemed like a toy. I'm in wisconsin and there are tons of atvs trails so i decided to build something old school and fast. Right now i have a 4mm stroker(trued, welded+RZ bearing), 421 Serval Cub(no port work), cases were port matched, V-force 3 reeds, T5s, clamp-on K@Ns, dual feed petcock, Modqaud alloy intakes w/connecting tube, 7degrees of timing, 18cc domes, lighten flywheel and etc. Currently I'm running 28mm pwks and realize I'm missing out on top end. Would boring them to 30s be worth it? Or should I just sell them and go bigger. I mostly trail ride but still like having alot of top speed. The trails I ride on are usuallt longer gravel roads and etc anyways....your maily in 5th gear+. And I have a 5 gallon Clark tank and bring extra fuel..so i'm not worried about fuel milage either Plus I was thinking of racing the same bike on the ice this winter and TT next summer. Some of the TT are 1/2 to mile oval. So...what would you guys run for carbs and why? I would like to stay with pwks cause i already have a ton of jets. I know the main jet work in larger carbs...do the needles jets from a 28mm PWK work in a 33-34mm? I also was wondering about getting Shearer small bore in-frame pipes. I think the T5s are cutting out on top end. Im more concerned about mid and high speed. Whats the main difference between CPI and Shearer's on a cub? Thanks for your input! BRRRAAAPPPPP
  15. I have a Lonestar Racing rear axle nut for a Banshee. Fits stock, LSR and most aftermarket axles. It's in great condition with no damage or wear. Located in Wisconsin but willing to ship. $65 shipped
  16. I have a Fox Podium rear shock of a 2009 Yamaha YFZ450R. The shock is in great shape and works like new. It is set-up for a 165lb rider. Asking $450 or best offer. Located in Wisconsin but willing to ship.
  17. the RZ parts are sold...thanks!
  18. I have a complete running Banshee engine. It is all stock besides the porting and reeds. The cylinders have MX porting by Patriot Racing. The cases were also port matched to the cylinders. It also has stock reed cages with V-force petals. The motor is VERY snappy and has excellent midrange too. It runs perfect, smooth and quiet. Starts on the first kick and idles great. The clutch works great with no problems. It was adult owned and the oil was changed often. It was ran with 40:1 and 330 main jets. I bought a banshee with 2 engines, and just built a cheetah. This engine was running 2 weeks ago when stored. I fogged it and covered it well. Includes everything minus the mag(flywheel), exhuast, coil, shifter, kick-start and timing key. The engine DOES include stock carbs and an adjustable timing plate. The carbs were also treated to prevent problems during storage. Overall all of the parts are very clean. This a very solid set-up that is ready to run. This was a very strong running, reilable bike on the trails. Asking $900 obo. Located in Wisconsin but willing to ship.
  19. I have a complete RZ set-up(everything needed to convert to RZ cylinders). Includes cylinders, head, wiesco pistons, servo, spare servo, Zeeltronics wiring harness, Zeeltronics programmer, Ricky Stator battery eliminator and more. The parts are in excellent shape with only 150 miles since the rebuild. The Zeeltronic parts are basically still new. The clylinders ran great and made tons of power. The motor was ran on the rich side and the cross-hatching still looks new. The only reason I'm selling is because i just updated to a cub cylinder. The cylinders/head were on a 4mm stroker...so the head has been cut. The cylinders also have MX stlye porting by Patriot Racing-great for trail or dune riding!! They also have custom made(professional) adaptors welded on the cylinders to fit most any banshee pipe. I'm asking $600 for everything. The programmer alone is almost $400 new! Located in Wisconsin but willing to ship.
  20. I have a set of Vito's big bore domes for a Cool Head. They are 18cc and are 9 degrees(blaster pistons). They are brand new and sealed in the original package. I'm in Wisconsin but willing to ship. $50 for the set.
  21. I have a set of chrome Paul Turner Mid Rev pipes. The pipes are in excellent shape with no dents or damage. Overall they were barely used and look like new. There are no repairs or damage on anywhere. There are no mounts or clamps included. I'm asking $250 for the set. I'm in Wisconsin but willing to ship...they would be packaged extremely well. I can send pictures to an e-mail address.
  22. I have a set of chrome Toomey T5 pipes and silencers. The pipes are in excellent shape with no dents or damage. Some of the chrome is discolored from heat but other wise they look nice. One silencer has a tiny dent. One silencer also has a brand new tube(the tube is raw steel). There are no repairs or damage on any of the parts. There are no mounts or clamps included. I'm asking $350 for the set. I'm in Wisconsin but willing to ship...they would be packaged extremely well. I can send pictures to an e-mail address.
  23. would also like to know your opinion on these compared to the T5s. I'm running a set-up similiar to yours with T5s and would like more rpms. I was thinking of getting a set of the shearer pipes.
  24. thanks for the help guys! I'm pretty upset w/trinity about this. It seems like a well known problem considering other stores stock parts to fix it. I ordered these in person from trinity and asked many times if I was receiving everything I needed for this to work. I understand the world of building toys is not perfect...but this is a no brainer.
