Okay I am looking to purchase either a 421 cub or 421 serval. My understanding is cub has high end power mostly for dragging, and the serval port timing makes a more useable power curve mid to low, for duning. Here is my question if I dune port a 421 cub am I lowering the power curve making it similar to a serval? And if I dune port a serval what am I gaining there? I am trying to figure which to purchase I just don't want to buy a cub and port it if the end result I am creating is closer to a serval, just I spent more money to make it. If someone could please help me better understand what I would be getting with the dune port work on each top end I would greatly appreciate it. Personally I mostly ride the dunes and bowls but I do like to hill shoot so I'm trying to figure which way to go on these motors to fit my style of riding. Thanks in advance for your responses to help me understand the differences.

Abe now let's be truthful here I just decided that I was unconfertable about a trade for the fact we are not in person. And I told you that I was unaware of a secure way. Never once did I say the quality of what you have is bad I just asked for pictures so I could see for myself. I am like most buyers here and want to know what I am buying. When you offered to sale them outright is when you got me back in the deal I just was considering the price for the fact there is no tierods and I haven't priced them and the situation with the spindles. I'm not sure how my questions made you feel your stuff is bad. I wish you the best of luck with you sale and or trade.

Getting ready to tear down motor because of a blown seal so i have to crack the cases anyhow, i have a weak top end i would like to replace if i can find what i am looking for other wise i will just send it in to be bored/ported. I would like to get cylinders with a dune port, dune play or dune hillshooter would be great. I can also go either way stock or 4mil but if i go 4mil i would be looking for domes also (18cc). Let me clarify i need something ready to run with pistons not something that needs to be sent in, unless i was saving good money. My goal here would be to get it fixed and still be able to get a couple rides before it is to cold to ride/camp so i thought i would try and see if someone might have what i am looking for, it seemed worth a try. So let me know if you might have something that would help me out, thanks.

I ride in the sand always and just changed swing arm so I need some opinions on good to best chain for use in sand. I want one that will last and hopefully won't be impacted and bind up in the sand. What style(o-ring, etc) and brand would you suggest? Thanks in advance for your advise...

Well I pumped it to six lbs and started squirting windex everywhere. The sealent work it is rock solid now, I had two very small leaks one was spark plug not tightened which was easy fix other was very small leak between cross over tube and boot I will attemp to fix with different clamp or small amount of sealant. Any how thanks for all the advise and I think the lesson learned is to stay away from the cheap eBay gaskets unless your have some sealent. Thanks guys appreciate all your help.
