  1. To answer the previous two posts, the bike runs and idles great once it starts. Carbs are balanced. Not sure about the air bleed though. I usually don't run the carbs dry when shutting off and storing. Should I? Thanks for the help, Wheat
  2. Also, take someone with you that knows how to shoot (preferably CWP). There have been a lot of Craigslist scam / thefts lately. I just saw in the news where some guy from my state (FL) responded to a job advertisement up in Ohio and was shot. Just be careful and take discreetly armed back up just in case. Wheat
  3. I bought my wife an iPad 2. It's pretty amazing. I would recommend getting the 3G option so you can surf the net when away from wi-fi. Don't know if it would be appropriate for a six year old. Guess it would depend on the child. Wheat
  4. A few weeks or so. Wheat
  5. Yes, on the first or second kick. It has fresh aviation fuel in it. Wheat
  6. Actually Matt (notice correct comma placement), my last name is Knight. I just can't help it. It's in my blood. Wheat
  7. How do the R-2's compare to the Shearers or CPI's from a fitment standpoint? Wheat
  8. I ugree competly. Cheers! Wheat
  9. Now THAT'S funny! Good one! Cheers, Wheat
  10. After reading that, something tells me you are not qualified to critique my syntax. Cheers, Wheat
  11. "Dump" people? And your vulgarity should have been in past tense ($%ed up), not present. Should we now make fun of your "dump" post? You don't "raise the bar" by mocking people, no matter their position in life, or their intellectual prowness. Take care, Wheat
  12. It is permissible to omit the comma after a brief introductory element if the omission does not result in confusion or hesitancy in reading. Thanks, Wheat
  13. Actually, I have very thick skin. I just don't care for bullies. And BTW, that's "blatent" and "challenged." You see, there is an immutable law that governs the universe. It's called sowing and reaping. A man will reap what he sows or another way of saying it is what goes around comes around. If you don't believe me, just give it some time. Some seem to learn this principle a little quicker than others. And, some never learn it. Wheat
  14. I have an excellent sense of humor, however there is nothing humorous about humiliating someone for something as trivial as bad spelling. If that be the case, I could fry about three quarters of you here on a regular basis. Wheat
  15. Tyler, I'm sure you are a decent fellow. But if you treat your friends and family like I've seen you treat some of your guests here (in particular the unfortunate soul this thread is about), you still have a ways to go brother. It's your board, run it as you wish. I'll STFU as many of your coarser guests like to say. Blessings to you and yours, Wheat
  16. Thanks. New plugs, new coil, fresh fuel, good compression, carbs balanced. Wheat
  17. I have an 06 stock banshee tors deleted, Noss Cool Head with 21cc domes, stock exhaust, stock timing, stock jetting, running AV gas. I don't get to ride often and the shee sits a lot. Initially it is hard to start. I have to kick it over 20 or 30 times to get it to bust off. Once it's cranked, it will then crank on the first or second kick after that. Any ideas? Thnaks in advance, Wheat
  18. I used to buy an aerosol gasket remover at NAPA that would bubble automotive paint up within seconds of spraying it on. Don't know if it would work on powder coat. Wheat
  19. Post some pics! Wheat
  20. No, not proof of anything except your penchant to point out the negative. You of all people, after suffering what you just went through, should have a little different view of life. I'm attempting to share some wisdom here, but your heads are hard. Real hard. Almost as hard as your hearts. Wheat
  21. You knew the answer. This is a really helpful site. The knowledge base here is amazing. This site has real potential. You of all people should at least try and show some respect for your guests that come here looking for help instead of cursing them. What is to be gained by being mean and ugly to people? I mean really. I am President of one corporation and VP of another. I interact with thousands of people every year. If I treated my customers like I've seen you treat some of yours, I would probably have to resort to picking up aluminum cans along side the highway to make a living. Wheat
  22. Tyler, how old are you? Wheat
  23. You mean "every" day? Ha! I'm not talking about heavy handed moderation, merely common decency and a modicum of respect for folks. Wheat
