What you are looking for is a small dime thickness ring that is at the base of the porcelin...do that and report back. This has been covered multiple times in the jetting/exhuast section. Do that chop and these guys will get ya dead on!

Looking for a good set of 21cc domes for a FAST cool head. Let me know what you have..

Call up Jeff at FAST and get his carb sync tool, $50. Can be.used on any twin+ motor. adjust screws until both are showing the same pull on the tool and when it sounds right. there's a video on YouTube to show how the tool works, might also be in the technical section here as well if I can.remember right. Do your adjustments in 1/4 turns, one carb then the next and so on. Be sure to start from turned in all the way.

What do you guys use to remove the clutch actuator bearing? Id like to not have to take it to the shop to have them do it if its something simple. I also have 2 bearing in my blaster that are in the same situation....no where to hit it from the other side to knock them out, need some sort of puller. Pics of the tools used to be awesome. Thanks! The bearing will be placed in the freezer for a while before installation...

o Ok, is there any nice places near you that we could camp or decent priced hotels? Thinking camping might be cheaper for most, have everyone bring a ton of different things to eat and drink. Maybe near a river too incase people want to do a float, thinking mid June would be better, a little warmer. If we get a good group of guys together I can have shirts or something mad up? Idk just throwing out ideas...

Do you have the hose connected to the nipple near the rear motor mount, anything coming out of that hose?

I hear ya, that's why I sold my sled, no one to ride with, all my brother in-laws have quads and trikes. Think sometime in May, early June? Before it gets scorching hot out and too dusty.

Banshee might be done by spring, but if you guys dont kill me and leave me stranded I am picking up a Blaster friday for the wife and I can ride that if worst comes to worst but I plan on riding something! At least its 2 stroke right?? haha
