  1. Someone needs to tell Brad Painter (Banshee 332). Today I looked up at the BBDR points for 2012, Brad has won the first four races (431 to 525 two-stoke class), racing against nothing but Shearer piped bikes. And yes, that is the very same engine that was in the Passion/Shearer challenge.   2. Up until this point, haters of Sniper just have to turn the thread into a fight to get it deleted. Everyone is aware of that game, if this thread gets deleted, I will start another and another and then again another until the haters stop posting negative things about a product they do not own and have never even raced against. Anyone with half a brain knows neither one is going to be able to totally dominate the other. Shearer is a good pipe but so is Sniper and even Cpi is better on some engines. There are just too many variations in engine builds for one pipe to be the best for every application.
  3. I know he said it had more tire spin, but judging by something else he said a while back, he could never get heat on the plugs. It seems logical to me that it could be down on power at the start from being a tad rich, but at the finish actually be making more power because the engine is not over heating and losing compression. Or it could be what you said.
  4. He has posted in the past, the Snipers ran within one hundredths of his best Shearer run and the bike picked up 2 mph, I think the 60 foot was slower too. Also he has posted the power jets were shut off all the way with the Snipers and he will not mess up the tuneup for the Shearers and change needles in the Lectrons. Maybe J-madd will add or clarify if any of this is wrong. I am trying to get them, I may have to sell my Shearers first.
  5. What I took from the challenge last year was, Passion brought a customers engine, not some top secret engine that no one can buy. Is Banshee 332's engine all that? If it had not rained, all the answers would be known.

  7. I have a set of SBSFOOF Shearer (chrome), I would trade. The right side Stinger broke off, I had it rewelded with a gusset.
  8. That's what I thought too, not the extra 100 dollars. People are waiting for performance proof, what races and how many races has Sniper (running against Shearer piped bikes) won or placed well in?
  9. Windy, your are sitting there with 4 dyno sheets from 4 engine builders, all of them showing Sniper to not be a very good pipe (you say). Why would you in another thread Ask Jim or Gary to send you some pipes that you already have dyno numbers on? And then say you would promote them if they are good. Do you have some sort of issue with Passion or Sniper, because that is what it sounds like? Your are saying to buy Shearer and not Sniper because he has all the records, that is not true either. It seems the people that own Sniper's love them and some people that don't have or cannot afford Sniper's hate them! Why??????
  10. I looked up the cubs today with records, the fastest Cub with a record runs a RDZ pipe or did when the record was set. What would be unprofessional about a builder telling his customers what pipe runs the best on his engines? Multiple builders testing Snipers with no results from any do not add up. JMO
  11. Shearer has tested Sniper pipes more than a year ago, still waiting on that review?
  12. I want to hear what people say that have them, the in-frame set I seen run on a FAST RACING cub was everybody that had Shearers worst nightmare ! But it could have been the motor doing the talking.
  13. Does a 10 mill Cub or little Twister hold any records?
  14. ET slips would be good if all pipes tested are tuned in and geared accordingly, the only good thing about the dyno is it reads the air/fuel ratio and the tuneup is not in question.
  15. What pipes have proven to made the most power on a 10 mill Cub, stock or little Twister cylinder?
