  9. I have a 485 cheetah that's liking to eat clutches, this is my daily duner. I have several friends that are running lock ups on their dune bikes. However, many people say "you cant". Anyone know any info on the myth or facts of not running a lock up on a dune bike?
  10. if neutral is down..... how are you going to get to first..... think about that for a second....
  11. if your going to be doing alot of ice racing or high RPM riding, a 350 cub would be a hell of alot of fun. I have built several 392's for people and they love them, personally I love the 400pv series cheetahs, they make incrediable power out of the box, and with porting touching 100hp is not out of the question on gas.
  12. when i bought my first set of v2's my banshee out ran a corvette and I got laid in the same day....**** ***Experiences may vary.
  13. thats interesting.... i have a 485 on gas, 155psi +8 timing, small bore shearers... no detonation, no problems....
  14. 250.00 shipped. WILL NOT go LOWER... if they dont go... ill build the bike into a drag bike some day.
  15. putting a 250r frame on a banshee is not hard....... fitting a banshee engine inside of a 250R frame requires work... .lots of work... but it can be done.... 88-89's are easier to do, but by easier I mean it still gonna take your 40+ hrs to do it and make it look nice.
  16. small bore shearers.... anything under a 10mm stroke unless its a DM+ is going to be sb shearers...
  17. just so happen to have the perfect J-arm set for yah...... time to go lone star my friend http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=154106 ^if you buy them ill send you all 4 tie rods for FREE......
  18. k. many have asked, so I measured a bone stock Jarm bike next to this one, It appears these are plus +1, stock width.
  19. bump shocks SOLD willling to deal on the arms.
  20. throw me offers.. least I can say is no... but I am pretty motivated let me know...
  21. Heres a complete set of Lone Star D-arms, Chrome, no dings or nics, well taken care of. About 5 years old. they do not have any pits, I took a picture of the "little" bit of rust thats showing on a weld. They are stock width, great step up from the stock J-arms. also a TON lighter. Call lonestar and see how long it will take to get these, i sat on a waiting list for 8 months and paid 895 new. Ball joints are fresh, bearings are fresh... just install and be on your way! This set up will come with the shocks as well, these are works dual stage shocks w/o reservoirs. They are valved for a 200 pound rider, these arms, and for the dunes.... Set up works flawlessly together. I would like 350 for just the arms. 200 for the Shocks or 500 as the package (preferred method) am a far person so hit me with all offers, also will trade for BB inframe shearers and other quality parts. ^rust spot, and thats a grease mark NOT RUST by zerk fitting and what it will look like on your bike
  22. cam will not lead you astray, i have not had his transmission but he is a stand up gentelman. i would ship him my DM today if you paid shipping thats how much I approve of the dude
