    Got some water wetter and 2.0 bar cap and I shut it down around 220* I hope jetting and air lock is my issue. Or even the water flow is too fast. I hope it is something I can fix.

    I was thinking of this too maybe ill have a surge tank above the radiator so it will have 100% water and some extra. The radiator is a after market double row

    They are a nice curve. I think the chrome would change color on a hot spot. Also the pipes are about 3.5 inches away from bottom of radiator

    Dune port 4 mill stock carbs and shearer pipes. 330 main 25 p stock mid clip needle K&n filter glamis is sea level & about 80*

    My hotrod 4 mill bent the rod. My HJR spec is 4 mill crank is running good. When have webs of a crank ever fail. Kevin will build what ever you want and do it faster and cheaper.

    The Yfz cooling system has a thermostat with slower flow than the banshee I think. So maybe the coolant passes by the radiator too quick?

    I did install a fan and tested it but didn't work out there. Ill figuar in some shrouds wacko Also it was 75-82 deg

    I'm not boiling over at 235* but that is too hot and it doesn't cool off if I slow down. So I think the pipes have enough clearance to keep from cooking the radiator. I have got the high pressure cap, double row radiator , water wetter , billet impeller. Any ideas ?

    Well 235* doesn't boil over but also will not come down in temp. No front plastic with double row oversized radiator and water wetter. The Eletric fan test well but didn't work out there. So I did rev it with the cap off and noticed the level goes from full then drops down 2" inches then full at idle. Need in put on next step

    Photobucket stopped working so ill get tap talk 2.0 to upload I guess. Leaving for glamis today. This should be the last test ride to work out bugs. I had adaptors made to go between the carbs and air box. So I hope this will not over heat. Thanks to all who hooked up deals along the way.

    Well custom pipes are 800$ and the best HD radiator is 450$. And then what ever deal you can get on the roller. Then long travel for the yfz440 roller 1500$ then fab the motor mounts and you will be close. I would suggest twin fans to cool that motor

    Get the best heavy duty radiator and plan on a fan. And temp stickers suck get a trail tech gauge. Then build the pipes
