Extending one is not hard. ive done +4 and +6. Been riding on them for 6 years zero problems. I can give you some info if u want it.

I have checked all of the above and all checks out good. Mine has to be the worn reeds ive found. -

U dont have to but i spun mine out of true drag racing with a stock motor. Might as well do it once u got the juggs off. Just split the cases and pop the crank out. -
Dont forget that a higher frint gear will make every gear longer. So it pulls longer in each gear and u dont have to shift as much either. Glamis i like 16 41

Mine was doin the same thing. Ive gone threwmy carbs with a fine tooth comb and still couldnt fix it. So i pulled the reeds and there all stretched out and open. So im assuming thats the oroblem cause the side that was messing up had the worst reed pedals. -

Check ur plugs. There probabaly wet and need to come down to a 152 - 45 or something like that. Trial and error.

Just did mine. Got a small $3 roll of regular fiberglass insulation at home depot. Enough to do both bikes(4 silencers). Worked perfect!!!
