    gray rtv on the flanges. bolt them up, clean off outside where it squeezes out. then let dry over night. BAM.

    for me. thumb for 100+hp just feels safer. i run twist on duners all day no problem.

    yes buy a thumb throttle cable. its shorter at the throttle end. fixed

    i like noss first then pd, I have both. But on the chariot the inside cooling jackets are lil holes instead of full size like noss or pd heads. = possibilty of less flow id imagine.
