  6. I am looking at buying a used 1998 ATV from a guy in Indiana, but he said he never had a title for it? Does that sound right for Indiana? I'm from ILLINOIS so I'm not sure. Any info would be great. Thanks!
  7. I have the 296 silencers and they are great! Suppose to be at legal sound level and they have the built in spark arrestors. No power loss here.

  9. Bike is all stock expect for the Pro Circuit pipes and K&N pro flow filter, stock air box no lid. I had 300's and 290's in it before and it still hesitated between shifts. 280 seems to be great for the main. I'm guessing its the pilot.
  10. Hello I have a low hour Banshee in great condition. I recently put on Pro Circuit pipes and silencers and a pro flow k&n air filter. My elevation is about 600 feet, in Chicago surburbs. I'm running a 25 pilot jet and a 280 main jet. The problem is when I get on it real hard it hestitates as soon as I hit the next gear??? It makes like a popping sound, then as I proceed to accerlate it clears out perfectly. Pulls hard on top end with no break up at all. Just when I change gears it stumbles right away?? I was wondering if you guys think the pilot jet is to small? Any suggestions or replies are appericated. Thanks!
  11. Yeah it rolls freely no problem there. Huh maybe I was resting my foot on the brake lever. Thanks guys. If anyone else has any idea please say them. Thanks.
  12. No the spring is still there, but I did tighten the chain today. Could tightening the chain interfere with the rear brakes some how ?????
  13. Hi- I have a 2006 Banshee that only has about 5 hours on it, pretty close to new condition. I was riding it today and beating on it pretty good, slaming on the brakes alot. When I came home I smelled something burning! I looked down and the rear caliper area was smoking! I put my fingers on the caliper and it was very hot. The bike rolls freely and is not hanging up anywhere. What could this be? Just normal break in time or what?? Any ideas guys? Thanks.
  14. Hi guys I'm looking to get some pipes for my Banshee. I want something for any kind of riding mostly trails but plan on riding in the dunes too. What pipes give the best bang for the buck? Everyone says toomey t6 but they are only good for a stock bike. I might modify my bike in a couple years. I was leaning more towards the FMF fatty or the SST? But I want to have quiet silencers with spark arresters. Anyone hear if the FMF Q's are any good? Any advice would be great thanks!
  15. Too bad your so far away!

  17. Hi guys I am brand new to this page and to owning a Banshee. i just bought a 2006 Blue one. I'm looking to upgrade the rear tires for a more aggressive grip. Which tires would be good for general riding and some loose terrian like mud or maybe a little sand ?? I saw some tires called Ambush by cst. Are those type of tires going to be too grippy for the banshee? What tires do you guys run? Thanks alot for any info you can give me.
