Ok I have a 4 curva adjustable dynatek ignition on my banshee. I have rebuilt the motor once and am now installing a 4mil stroker kit on it and was wondering if I need to reprogram it? Or would it just b bettter to swittch back to a stock cdi with an adjustable timing plate? Now this might be a long shot but I would like to stay with the dyna but I don't have to data link cable or software to reprogram it so is there any way I could borrow or rent ythe disc and cable from one of you that have these ignitions?

I also have a set of stock carbs, intakes, reed cages with good reeds, air box with pro flow adapter and foam air filter, cross over tube, and a used stock stroke hot rods crank. Not sure what to ask for on any of it just shot me an offer

I have two sets of domes for pro design cool head for sale. First set are 19cc standard domes no pitting in good shape. Second set are 21cc 4 mil stroker domes in like new shape only ran a few hours before tear down. Would like to get 40 each plus shipping but open to offers.

hey I just bought a 4 mil set up and need some pro design 20cc domes the ones that I am getting are cut for race fuel but I am going to run pump gas that are 19cc so open to trades also

are the cylinders going to need a fresh bore or were they just done? And what is the bore size?

Yeah I knew that they sleeves were cooled then stuck in the oven. I am looking for a set of used cylinders I posted a wanted thread before this one just thought I would ask. I am at about 3000 ft it's bored .020 over with a pro design cool head 19cc domes was about 175 psi a cylinder stock carbs pro flow filter adapter in stock air box wiesco stock stroke crank motion pro tors eliminator kit old school fmf pipes not sure on jetting haven't messed with since rebuild 4 years ago. The squish was at .035 and one cylinders compression had dropped to 155 that was why I tore it apart was fix the squish gap and rebuild

I pulled it a part to do a rebuild anyways. I was just wondering y it was that way. When I pull the plugs out they are alway a nice brown never white at all

so i pulled my motor apart to day to do a rebuild and found my left piston had a crator in the middle of if and the pistons are really dirty. i also had a head stud that wouldn't go in all the way so when i had the head off i screwed in the stud and the whole cylinder sleeve moved inside the jug. it has an aftermarked 400 sleeve in it. my question in does anyone know why it has a crator in the middle of the piston and if the sleeve should move at all. i am sure the sleeve shouldn't but thought i would get your guys opions. i run 35 to 1 with royal purple synthetic two stroke oil i was running 32 to 1 until the last maybe 6 rides. http://s1231.photobucket.com/albums/ee510/wheeinman/

hey i am looking for some jugs for a stock stroke motor. i would prefer a dune ported set but unported would work also preferably none over 64.75mm

Yeah I was going to pull it apart and check it out but wanted a starting point of what to check. I don't have a manuel I have owned the bike for years completely rebuilt the engine never got a manuel though. I look at it as that's money I could spend on mods
