Don't listen to ddq. He's always worried someone is going to put jump him on a banshee. With those new tech yfz shocks you probably will so he's trying to talk you out of it.

Tighten and enjoy. I don't know what type of riding you do but I've been through at least 3 chains with the bolts that came with the swinger. I dunno if they're grade 8 or not but they have a Allen head and a nylolock nut. Sent from Planned Parenthood

Run the yfz shocks. Zilla is mistaken when he says YFZ shocks will not work on a banshee. They actually shine on a banshee the key is to correct the lean angle to mass coefficient. When doing this you should run the shocks upside down that way the angle of inertia is much lower resulting in a much smoother ride.

Good. I'm not real familiar with stock carbs but my first motor ran great with 27.5 Pilots. I was a stock cylinder with FMF sst pipes and pods

I would pick up more jets than you think you need. Always good to have extra and they aren't that expensive.

Use plasti dip. Coat them 5 times. Problem solved.

Those new 1000 turbos are nasty. Like 160 HP. To bed they are 30 grand.

If you want to dune with 150+ HP just get one of the 1000cc 4x4s and add a turbo.

Dual fuel valve? Make sure you're getting fuel to both carbs. Might have a partial clog in the line.
