looks like u replaced the clutch rod was the old one bent down to clear the over sized bowls also reed spacers will prob fix that problem but the one side being hotter then the other sounds like one side isn't firing or one side is running really lean! hope this helps let me know how u make out!!!

is it normal to have more smoke out of on side then other i just did cool head 20cc fmf fattys power core 2 fmf 270 main jets didnt mess with the poilt jet i dont even know were its located i also have 6in k&n no lid it runs great just my right side smoke a noticeable amount more any ideas thanx?

wouldnt hurt to put a cool head on it either well worth the money.. and it sounds like ur buddy was running it lean i like it a little rich im running a prodesighn 20 cc head with fmf golds power core 2 with fmf 270main and needle i beleave 30 on the other jet k&n with out lid and im pretty much wide open 1st and 2nd trail riding and hill climing... o and if u have a boost bottle throw it out
