Try a site sponsor. What kind of mods u rinnging? U need alky converted carbs dual pingle billet bowls timing advanced and high comp domes. If u dont know much about it id leave it be its finiky as hell and u run lean for a couple seconds and boom detonation.

i just had this happen with my alky bike, the pilot was clogged we dissasembled everything and cleaned re assemble adjusted the throttle cable and re synced worked fine.

Advancing the timing makes a difference. Betweem that and the domes thats how u adjust what kind of octane fuel ur going to be running. You have to be talking to a builder to be 100% certain but id say a safe rule of thumb for stock settup is plus 4.

Fullbore plastics. Nice shee and welcome to the community. U could check ur compression if it took that many kicks to kick over and doesnt want to idle. If you have a leak anywere you could blow something. Any problems start with compression check and a leakdown test and go from there. That will sometimes help you pin point the problem. Posibly need new gasket or a top end rebuild.

You should be able to do it yourself with the help of ur builder? What is it u need help with? All u need is alky carbs and high compression a dual pingle or a high flow at least and good ventilatuon for ur gas tank. And more advanced timing

These carbs have been bored to 35.5 by k&t. Selling these for a friend he barely used them very nice shape. Comes with throttle cable aswell. Asking 250 or best offer. Thanks!

Holy crap thats a wright up. Hes had that on his computer for months waiting for someone to ask this question. Either way u run different pistons depending on rods. I run a long rod but ive actually heard that the engine runs faster with the short rod. I dunno id have to see and equation for it.

I dont have pics right off hand but the dual pingle valve looks just like all the other ones out there, and the billet gas cap is just plain and was polished aswell. Would like 70 shipped for the pingle and 20 shipped for the gas cap with short orange anodized gas valve

Well you have stock cylinders or plan to go bigger? A cub or a serval would probably help ya stroked or not. Otherwise i would say maybe a dune/play port from a site sponsor like wildcard, herr jugs, redline, rdz, or the couple others. Talk to them about what u wanna do they will help you out immensly.

Ive boughten a few products from them now and all are top notch... Ive talked to site sponsors and ordered replacement bolt kits, i know people are busy but waiting a week for the kits and when they come in they are wrong kinda gets a lil old (no complaint here). Try to bundle your orders because no matter how small ur order is it goes in the same size box. For instance last night i bought 50 of two kinds of bolts for my billet stator cover (3 peice i have takes 3 different size and kind bolts) my banshee rattles them loose and i loose them. I ordered the bolts at about 5 pm last night, then seen bags that are labelable for storing parts and stuff so i bought that at about 8 pm... bags were like 3 bucks for 100 and bolts like 13 bucks for the two sets of 50. 5 bucks shipping on both boxes and they were here this morning at 10 am. They do this everytime i order i receive the item next morning no matter when i order! Just my review...

If its a stock stroke then you would have to have work done to the port timeings to make it work right with a 4 mill though wouldnt u? Not to mention cut domes and such.
