there was no issue hiting the head at all, actually didnt even use any spacers just some rubber washers, the problem i had is the pipe hitting the tie rods... i had to take out the tie rods and flip them and install them face down, still works like a dream and now everything fits! little rough slide to get them together new but now i got all new gaskets dissasembed everything haha

I break in starter up. Let it warm up then kill it three times. Before u start the next cycle let it cool completly. Then the fourth time give it a teeny bit of gas and thats it.

Took me an all Nighter to get them to fit thought. But i am very happy with them. After some modification everything clears with mild spacing no problem.

shearers in, last night changed the base gaskets and all o rings in the noss head, got the shearers mounted and sent the front shaws in to have them lowered...

well i have cpi inframes and just put on the shearers... i love the shearers and personally they look and sound better, havent rode yet so dont know about performance i think they have more top but less mid, the cpi's were nice and i had no prob with fitment?

Thanks guys! got a couple things left to do to it, wire up the lights change the rear sprocket change the clutch gasket and pipes out, bout another week till its all done, got stuff coming in to finish...

Going to shearers theyre on their way from herrjugs right now. Im gunna mount them roght to the subframe so they dont hang so low. Yeah jeff was gunna polish the rear brake stuff but i rushed him so he didnt have time. Still need to do a few little things before my wife clears me to ride it haha. All ive done so far is heat cycle it and purge.

Right, rough economy, but i will get pics of the welded tab, it looks very good its just thicker because it had cracked, really no noticable but dont want anybody dissapointed.

they are currently on my banshee, i can send you more pics tomorrow, and im thinking i will keep the exhaust clamps for my next set of pipes sorry.

I bought these off of a guy on here now im going a different route and do not need these, this is the exact description i got for them, they are very nice condition no rust no nothing... There are a couple of nicks on the pipe down by the exhaust flange and I had to repair one of the silencer's bracket. Its a quality repair so it won't break again and it won't stand out (unless you're looking for show quality/detail). All in all there's no dents and no rust. Polished clean and ready to ship, im asking 350 shipped for them.
