  1. Your adjuster inside the case worked itself loose.
  2. I've been sayin the 2-1 carb setup is crap alot lately. Do you have a link to the dyno comparisons?
  3. If you put it in first and slowly roll on the throttle on pavement does it go into the powerband smoothly and rev out real good? At anytime is there a dead spot or sputtering in the rpm range? Those pipes are low end pipes good for trails but not really race winning.
  4. I did my own and yes it helps the feel of the shift (not as notchy) as well as gettin it to shift. Finding neutral will be harder though because it will want to slip right past it into the next gear. I've found it's easier to find neutral coming from 2nd gear or shutting the bike off and finding it with your hand.
  5. On the flip side a bad economy isn't the time for a 450 lol Lately all the Shee's I see for sale are all clapped out and worth about $2k.
  6. I've ran the Klotz nitro and real nitromethane in my alky 400. They are not even close by comparison, but anyway you don't want real nitromethane. It will eat your fuel shut off valve, you fuel lines, and the viton on your carbs fuel inlet needle. It also doesn't mix well with gas.
  7. Be different and just put different ones one.
  8. I've done lots of it. It comes out sweet but unless they have changed the formula the shine doesn't hold up very well and starts looking like blah silver. The fix is to clear it after you PC it but that puts right back in the same boat of it lookin like silver.
  9. I guess. The slow azz reving didn't really sell me on it.
  10. would my trail ported 66mm jugs work or would I also have to buy unported stock cylinders?
  11. How much did it cost you to build this motor vs just buying a serval?
  12. Ebayers are complaining about the quality of that too!
  13. Polishing is a dirty job but somebodies got to do it. The prices should be higher haha Here's a couple I've done personally.
  14. Very nice sir.
  15. Powdercoat them, they will look nicer longer.
  16. i run alky on the trials too, it's only fun for about 30-45 minutes then a re-fill.
  17. My vote is a bad crank seal.
  18. Best step by step I've ever seen. I built my first Shee motor serveral months ago after working on dirtbike motors my whole life. Why can't they all have been that easy
  19. I'm guessing you need all the meth you can get.
  20. Not too too bad really.
  21. quick dumb Q- is there way to order from FAST without calling?

  22. The extra length of tube running to the farther away carb is irrelevant as long as gas is still in the tank. They are both getting the same amount of fuel flow. It's a complete waste of time but to answer you question you have to cut your own gasket, and make a plate with 2 holes in it to go over the gasket. Then just bolt it up over the old one.
  23. Yes Korea where SSC comes from (Seoul Semiconductors)
  24. They are imported from Korea- The name is in jiberish haha
  25. Here's a vid of some led's I'm testing. I deleted the factory lights/mounts off my Banshee frame. I never liked the looks of them anyway no offence fellas. Since I'm a closet nerd for lights and lasers I fully wanted to build one for my Shee and was excited to see what I can come up with. This way I don't miss those nite Busco rides lol I searched DX (deals extreme) for the bare parts and also looked over seas. Welp I found a nice light for cheaper then I could build. This light uses 9 SSC 3 watt leds for 27 watts and throws a blinding 1500 lumen's (approx 3 stock lights put together.) That's brite, like shine on tree 4 feet away at in broad daylight. It will blind you if you look at it. Led's require a battery sorry folks. They have to be tightly voltage regulated or they will flicker or pop. Since they only draw 2 amps the $18 7ah 12v battery I bought off Ebay will burn them for a full tank or 3.5 hours before needing a recharge. Here's a vid. It's taken from my phone since my video camera got destroyed last year in the rain. It does not give this light justice trust me!!!! The puny flashlight I'm using to hook it up in the beginning is a 3 watt SSC. Can you imagine 2 of them haha Enjoy
