  1. Both of my idle screw were on the out side & worked just fine. If one screw is on the in side then it is install wrong. I had to take my boss all the way down to the threads. I was thinking it was to much at that time too. But works fine.
  2. Welcome to BHQ. that is a nice ride you got there.
  3. Ok try this. Do you still have the jam nut on the idle screw on the left carb? if so pull the nut off & try it with out it & if work then you will need to take more off of the boss.
  4. Ok then pull both idle screw out and compare the two to see if one is long or shorter. maybe you got some mix matched screws or the end that push on the slide are different. You can also try to switch the two screw around & if the right carb will not work then you found it.
  5. What's up with the left carb idle screw? Did you check to see if you have the slide in the right carbs? The cut out face the air filter. When it is idling & the left side is not firing pull up on the left carbs cable & see if the left side comes to life. Take some pic of the carbs & carbs screw & post them for use to look at. Keep us posted.
  6. Marty You got Pay pal & PM. Thanks WFO
  7. Do you have one more kicker. If so I will send paypal to above.
  8. Need to check if you filed the boss far enough. look at the slide from the air filter side of the carb & try moving the screw in or out & see if the slide move if there is no movement then you need to remove more off of the boss so the screw can reach the slide. Also check the slide are in the right way cut out facing the air filter. Hope this helps you out. WFO
  9. X2 HJR port work is bad ass. I have is Dune/play port & it rocks :headbang: Kevin keep up the great work!
  10. The Shee is running great again. Had to replace the CDI box & she ran all weekend without a problem!

  11. Well after many weekends riding the bike. It would run good for 1HR or 2. Then it would start running like sh@*. Tested the coil found Primary side shorted. Change the coil with a new one and the wires. Headed back out to the sand bike ran good for 20 min then would start to run bad or not run at all let sit for a 1hr. Then she would run find and then do it all again. So I replace the CDI box. I took it out this last weekend at Pismo the bike ran great all weekend. I did not open my tool box all weekend it was very nice. So I think have all the bugs worked out now. WFO
