k thanks for the info and how do i down size the pic

i have a set 35 pwk carbs and was wondering how do i get the needles out to see if i can adjust them.

this has nothing to with what i need so post it some where eles.

ok i finally opened up the carbs and found that there was a 35 piolet jet in it so put in a 55 and set the air mix to 1.5 turns.not it is def rich and it almost seems like the choke is on when ther not.so im gonna put the piolets to 50 and see what happens

ok every one the time has come finally.there will be ice races this sunday the 16th at the sturbridge hamilton rod and gun club.its located right off rt 20 in sturbridge.prac is at 11:00 and races start at 12 noon.they say prices will be the same as last year.hope to see every one there

ive done press test and all is good.the motor and carbs are new havent rode in the summer so dont know.the plugs have a light grey color to it so thats why im thinking jetts.it runs kinda ok as long as i dont go full throtle.so what is stock piolet jet.if i go with a larger piolet that should make it richer

hi guy i have a set of 35pwks that i need to know what size is the pilot jet stock.and if someone can help me im at 659 feet above sea level and its 19 degress here.im running a 421 4mill drag port and i already have 175 mains in it.i got the carbs used and the piolet jet where changed.so im trying to find out what piolet to go with.its breaking down on the top end

ok this is a new build and i know the tank is clean along with the carbs.im 4mill 421 drag port by k+t racing.im at 659ft above sea level and 19 degress today.i put 175 mains as a start point but i dont know what the piolets are or should be.i got these carbs used so im looking to find out what the stock piolet jet should be.im going to open them tomorrow so ill have more info at that time

ok but i do ice racing and it only seems to be one carb.when i let off it seems to come back

hi i have a set 35 pwks that i was wondering if anyone could tell me what the stock jets are. im have an issue with my bike on the top end.it acts like its running out of fuel.i do have a duel feed on my tank as well.any help would be great

what size rears do you have.im running 18" rears and the sand star 19" fronts.if your running the 20" rears you will want the 21" fronts

the races are going to be at the sturbridge hamilton rod and gun club located on new boston rd sturbridge.very easy to get to.cj who is running it this year

most of the bikes run the sand star tires .ive never had any turning trouble at all no matter how fast i enter.it really all depends on if you can get the rears to stick some what.you will be amazed at how well they cut into the ice

they should work cause i did the yfz450conversion and it makes the banshee +2 +1 in the front

those fronts are called sand star duel ribs.the ones in the pic are 19inch fronts.if you go to youtube and look up sturbridge ice races the is multiple vids of mthose tires.thats what i ran on my trx 450r.lets see if this works these are some of my races from last year

k your quad looks great but it kills me to see the studs siting on the pavement like that.you should have it on wood or even a rubber mat.alot of guys say it dont matter but you can only imagine what the little rocks do to that sharpen edge of the screw.the more you protect those screws the longer thay will last and give you ultimite traction

anyone have any ideas how fix this

i need some help guys.is there a freeze plug that is located right next to the counter shaft.if your looking at the neutral switch with the three bolts this thing that looks like a freeze plug is just to the right of it.the oil seems to be coming out of it.not alot but it is leaking out
