  1. I have a 2004 raptor 660 that needs the head rebuilt. The exhaust valves are slightly open on the head. The cam decompression tabs are removed & will need to be replaced. I am willing to equally trade my 2004 raptor 660 for a non ported or clean up ported 421 cub top end & wiseco pistons. Thanks in advance.

    421 CUB

I am looking to buy a 421 cub. If anybody have a good used 421 cub topend, complete 421 cub motor or 421 cub topend with 4mil crank I am interested. Pistons & domes would be nice if you could add them with the topend. Please dont try to sell me a used cub for new cub prices. I can always buy new if that's the case. Thanks in advance.

  5. I was thinking the same thing. I have been waiting the longest for this pipe compairson. What's the hold up & why it keeps getting delayed? I thought that I was the only one on the HQ that thought the R2's we're UGLY. I personally think that the Original Rockets look better. Too me it looks like the Snipers are a similar design as the Original Rockets. But on another note, I buy pipes for performance instead of looks. Just my 2cents
  6. Sounds like you spoke on the topic & jumped right back off topic with your opinion about trinity..... I'm just saying
  7. X2...I missed out on the last sale also.
  8. This race was determined by your girls pics & it was to close to call. So more pics of your girls....
  9. Not to get off topic, so your saying a 400 cub vs 400 PV cheetah with the same set-up. The 400PV Cheetah will win in a drag race? Of course equal rider skills.
  10. I agree & not from personal experience dealing with Trinity. I have read lot of good things about the cheetah PV cylinders but alot of people dont won't to go through Trinity to get them because of the customer service. Another thing is that Trinity dont sell the proper set-up, far as base gasket thickness & domes for each individual application. I dont won't to take a chance with a company that has a repitation like that. I will love to own a properly built 421 PV cheetah one day tho.
  11. ....That's a good one.
  12. Here is a pic of how mines look without the motor. I have a chrome +4 swinger on it now & I have to get my topend bore/honed & port matched to Shearers. My cylinders are currently ported for T-5's.
  13. I agree with what your saying because if I could get a motor that was that universal I wouldn't want a serval. I think a small cc cheetah is my type of engine. You have good bottomend because of the PV & still got the mid & top of the CUB. That's my ideal motor, but for now the closest thing to my riding style is the serval from what I've read. If I rode a 400 PV cheetah I might like that better from what im understanding about them. The only thing is the price tag.
  14. That makes alot of sense. I was wondering how the stock stroke cheetah would perform. You just gave a me a good idea, so the purpose of the serval is to make similar power @ a cheaper price tag?
  15. Where are the pics? If you can I would like to see a video clip of it. I have the same set-up.

  17. Why did this thread die? It was good, so im assuming a mid to top pipe, high flowing reeds & 33-35mm carbs is a better set-up for the serval.
  18. We use to run this in my cousin's 4mil drag ported 409 LA Sleeve cylinder bike. It's good oil but at the cost of $9.99 a quart at my local advance auto store.
  19. This is all I have every use on the shee I currently have. It is good quailty oil & I change it about twice a year. It only cost $4.79 a quart at my local advance auto parts store. To remind you, I ride my shee alot & hard plus the oil still isn't broken down when I change it every six months. I change it then for piece of mind. I use to run AMS oil & that's good oil too, but I can't beat this quailty of oil for the price. I'm sticking with valvoline 10w 40 motorcycle oil because it's CHEAP for #1 & last a longtime & convenient.
  20. What is the thickness of the banshee OEM base gasket?
  21. What needles are in your carbs?
  22. One more question before I leave this thread. What we're the results of the snipers & CPI test before the touched up porting? Cause we all know porting makes power.
