  3. I also want to know what's up with these cranks. I'm leaning more towards a 4mil Hot Rods crank for my cub build because it's a proved fact that they are top notch quality. On another note if I had more good info on these "WANG" cranks I will try one of these. So I would like to know more about these cranks compared to a Hot Rods crank.

  6. Oh yea...I did cut the tip of the wire off also before installing the new caps. That helps with a fresh contact.

  13. I can't wait to see the end results of this Hybrid. My favorite quads all in one. Hands down if I had to buy a 4 stroke it would be the LTR 450.
  14. Heres my new look for the 421 cub motor im installing for 2012. I'm currently getting vegas jeff to do a matching seat cover but don't know which route to take. BTW her name is NIkki Manaj...... Any ideas??????
  15. It's not my axle or hubs...Thank You God....It's the chain. It had stretched & I had to readjust it.

  18. I love my g force axle, but the only problem im having is the splines. The brake hub & sprocket hub have back & forth play. I tighten the lock nut down good & it's better but seems to work it's way back loose. Now it's starting to skip under hard accelleration. I think the splines are worn. I changed both hubs & it still have that play so it's not the hubs. Is there a fix to this or I have to get a new axle?

  22. Thanks but I want it to hold 6psi for 6 mins or longer. That would make me feel alot better & make it easier to jet I assume. Knowing that it will lose 1 psi in 6mins. is like saying it has a little lean condition but its ok. Then I would have to keep an eye on the leak to make sure it doesn't get worse. I rather fix it now than a bigger headache later. I think I'm going to remove stator & clutch basket & do another leakdown test to see if it's leaking from one of the crank seals. Just for peace of mind.
  23. I did up the mains to 165. It was a 158 in there for 80*+. I have some 55 pilots around here somewhere I am going to try them.
  24. I just rebuilt my motor & my set-up is in my sig. I did leakdown test & it loss 1 psi in 6 mins. I found that it was leaking around the intake boot where there tester was installed. I seal that leak & tested it again & it still loss 1 psi. in 6 mins. I sprayed soap bubbles all over the engine & couldn't find the leak. I didn't check the crank seals as I had already put the stator & Clutch on. I clean carbs, installed 165 mains & 1.5 turns out on air/fuel screw to start the bike with. It was idle hanging at idle & had poor off idle throttle response. I pull the choke up on left carb & it clears up idle & throttle response is perfect. My current jetting was 52 pilots CEG needle mid clip position 158 mains dailed in for 80+ degrees & ran like a champ. The weather now is ranging from 45*- 65*. Do I need to go bigger(55 pilots) on the pilot jet or is that loss of 1 psi. causing it to run lean/hang idle.? I rode the bike hard a few time up & down the road & after it got pretty warm it didnt hang idle no more until I let it cool off & start it again. I didnt check plugs because I was told the plug reading only comes from the main jet. Thanks in advance for any help provide. Reek
