  1. you responded with a water temp answer like he was asking if his rad was getting enough air lmao don't peddle backwards..... if anything (lack of air to the engine) the bike would have been running cold from a rich condition so why would he need a temp gauge? it would have fouled plugs before temps were a issue. WOW
  2. dude just bent the damn tabs back out..... yes they are easily bent in when the wrong one's are used
  3. bump
  4. like you have never used one.... besides you are not gonna hurt gears applying 5ftlbs at most to the bolts
  5. no rubbers and i am lost on your second question.... stick a screwdriver between the basket gear and drive gear.
  6. someone would have had to put the 4mil crank in if it has one. didn't come stock like that. only other way would be if you was not running a base gasket. check the stroke from top to bottom. find out if it's 54mm, or 58mm stroke. if it has a 4mil crank you wont be able to run stock jugs (well you will, just have less power than stock lol) and you will need a aftermarket head with 4mil domes.
  7. wrong base gasket thickness, or it's a 4mil crank
  8. pipes and nerfs sold.
  9. if by pulling the filter off you increased in power you have a jetting issue, or a dirty filter. clean the filters and jet the bike. yes no filters will cause a lean condition and the bike "will" run better "if" you are on the lean side on jetting, kiss the topend good bye after a short time.
  10. bump. plenty of junk left
  11. bend your steering stop back where it actually works.
  12. i am not making you cut or do anything. just telling you there is a reason yamaha mounted the leverage point as far away as they did. try to duplicate that distance and you should be fine.
  13. saved
  14. i will have to go through ups on those, but i would say 65 bucks shipped would be fair.
  15. buy the rebuild kit and if it doesn't go get a thicker O ring.

  18. it should fit in a medium flat rate just fine. 55 shipped unless you want tracking and insurance. i take pride in packing so i doubt insurance will be needed.

  22. yes where the tie rod meets the spindle. that point needs to be moved back. further away from the spindle. stock is like 3 inches. your looks really close to the spindle.
  23. the pivot point on the spindle is too short.
