I've seen the dial-a-jet, this was different. It was a small box, maybe like 2x3 inches that mounted in the airbox and the vent lines ran into it. I saw it in the Dennis Kirk catolog but haven't seen it anywhere else

So I put the new carbs on the banshee and I had ripped out my old cracked vent lines that ran down into the swingarm.. I remember seeing a thing from Works Connection that ran the carb vents up into the airbox. Apparently this was supposed to help with bogging in whooped track sections. Anybody have any experience with this? Or just a gimmick

So my motor is out getting ported (Woods Port), And i picked up a set of 30 PWKs. Im looking to get some ballpark #s on jet sizes currently they have 132 Mains, and 32 Pilots, which im guessing is going to be wayyyy lean Heres my Setup: 04 Banshee Woods Port Boyesen Super Stock reeds 30 PWK carbs Stock Airbox w/ K+N filter (pro flow adaptor plate) FMF Fattys + PC2 silencers +4 Timing Elevation varies from about 100-800 feet above sea level Temps are usually between 60-75 Let me know what you guys think

Ok well if i got my hands on one of those i suppose it would work.. I was wondering if anyone had done this and where they ran the tubing, because i believe that you cant cut it to length

So i did a search for temperature gauges and i got a few things, but i was wondering if anyone runs a regular automotive style temperature gauge, Something like an autometer gauge in a 2 inch cup? And if you are able to run these how do they get hooked up and how is the tubing run? Thanks

So its just about rebuild time for my 04. I got a quote to get the cylinders bored and ported by a reputable guy for 760 out the door, pistons,gaskets, etc.. I also see a vitos big bore kit going for around 900. So my question really is, Is it worth it just to go to a big bore kit? Im currently running FMF fattys and PC2 silencers, w/ stock carbs. Im guessing at least the carbs will have to be changed out too.. Any opinions?

Looking to Trade my stock white plastics for Black plastics is anyone is interested. They are in good shape, a few scratches here and there, nothing crazy and no cracks. Theyre still on the machine now, as i dont have an extra set, if youre interested i have pics.

So i should be picking up my new carbs on thursday night and i want to install them on saturday.... They are 28 PWKs and im not sure exactly how the jetting works on them. Ive jetted a few mikunis but these seem very different... No idea where to start, especially since they arent even in front of me. I run the bike in NY at anywhere from sea level to up around 750ft above... I run it in the winter (around 30 degrees) but mostly in the summer It has FMF fattys and a stock airbox. with a K&N filter (with the lid) So anybody have any ideas for jets? Turns on the air screw? After writing this i guess im pretty lost.. hope its simpler than im making it lol. Thanks in advance for the help -Chris

Ive decided instead of doing the TORS removal im going to swap out my stock carbs, the choke is screwed up on them anyway... Found a set of 28mm PWKs for a good price. Now im wondering if its worth the money, or if i should just go up to 30s or 33s? Ive heard i will lose bottom end with the 33s though... any ideas?

So im thinking about taking my 04 banshee, which is white and changing out all the plastics for black.... It has a candy red powdercoated frame and i think it would look really good with the black... Im wondering if i should go with OEM plastics (just order the Limited edition plastics) or Maier aftermarket.? I like the dumbo fenders so id be keeping them...

I used to love the twist throttle on my warrior, until i managed to rip my head open because of it lol.... Dropped a gear coming into a turn and hit a decent side bump, threw me to the side a little and caused me to goose the throttle.... front end came up and i just went straight.. the trail, did not

When you guys are talking about doing a complete swap for the yfz front end , are you talking about using stock yfz parts? or like +2 yfz front a-arms? Just wondering which one would be equal to banshee +2 a-arms
