It says 1/5 on the side. They're gay... There's a fag on my street that has one, and all his gay RC car club friends come over and run their shit up and down the street.

Oh come on... his offer was $2000 and an rm125, not $2500 and an rm125. That totals like $2600... I think it's a fair offer. My offer is $5500 for both bikes. Cash in hand.

:whoa: :whoa: I almost just spit out my dinner... For 20k, it seems like you get a lot LESS than the TrophyKart. Bushings where there should be heims, tubular/boxed arms, instead of billet, no front brakes, a-arm rear suspension. They're definitely much cooler looking than trophykarts, for sure. I just couldn't fathom spending 20k on something like that. Maybe that would fly in 2002-2006, but in todays economy, from my professional experience, I couldn't see selling those ready to run for more than 10k. I think the builder is kind of dreaming a little bit here. 12-13k for a roller? A-arm rear suspension was a poor decision on the manufacturers choice. I know it's MUCH simpler to design, and manufacture, but a trailing arm setup handles INCREDIBLE compared to an a-arm setup. Especially at higher speeds. There's a reason all the SXS MFR's are switching over to trailing arm. The reason TrophyKart ran a solid rear axle, instead of independent, is because there is not a SINGLE race organization that will allow them to run without a solid rear axle. EBK (Extreme Baja Kart) has been around for a few years, and they are not allowed to race with the trophykarts, because they do not have a solid rear axle. TK has set the standard. I think it's a bit of a stretch to call the t3 a "tiny trophy truck". It's suspension and driveline is nothing like a trophy truck. That FNR gearbox in the pictures, looks like the same one that all the home-fab mini buggy builders are using. I forgot who makes them, but they can be had for roughly $1,500. Frankly, though, those karts are so light, that you'd never use reverse. Some TrophyKart's have reverse as well. In fact, now that I think about it, I think ALL of them have reverse, for roughly a quarter of the cost. Parts are readily available for them, and there's a pretty good sized aftermarket too. They race in the CORR Lucas Oil Series. They run on the same track that the CORR pro-2's, and pro-lite's run. Oh, did I mention I've been around this stuff forever? lol... -

Trophy Karts have been around for a about 7 or 8 years. There are several professional race classes for them. You can actually purchase trophy karts ready to run for about $4,000 on CL around here. I've driven a couple, and these machines from TrophyKart ride like Cadillacs. They use full billet a-arms, and spindles, full floater 4 link setup with a sway bar in the rear. Electric start, and are available with either a 200cc, or a 450cc water cooled, electric start motor with a 5speed sequential tranny, disk brakes, with full rack and pinion steering... Last time I looked they had like 15" of front travel, and 16" in the rear, with full 2.0 king dual rate race-series offroad shocks. I believe they sold new when they first came out for only about $5,500. Incredible machines. I recommend everyone check them out. Maybe a Trophy Kart race next year for LS?? Here's their site. www.trophykart.com Nestor Berardi is the owner, and he's a super cool guy. I've done a ton of business with him at the other company I worked for a while back. We used to actually sell these. Here's one on our local CL for $4200... http://inlandempire.craigslist.org/rvs/2554398451.html -
Maybe you should just marry the ziggy chassis, and you guys can have little baby ziggy chassis'.

That's kinda what I thought...

Clutch got messed up, should this happen?
So Cal Suspension replied to banshee_kills's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Check to see that your clutch arm (Under the left side carb) moves with the handle. It's possible that maybe you snapped the clutch cable, but that wouldn't explain your smoke issue. -

He gets a little confused on " the kids nsync" part... I found out this was posted on 4chan.org/b/ last night. I dont recommend you go there unless you don't mind seeing some of the sickest shit in the world. If you do, go right ahead.

I saw the pics in the thread. They look like lonestar to me. Also, stock front shocks are non-serviceable.

http://www.hidsrus.com/ I would just buy the Xentec ones on ebay. I've been running their bulbs and ballasts on my sand car for the last year with absolutely no issues. I bought them to replace the hella bulbs that blew in the first 3 months. So far no complaints with xentec. They are only like $30 shipped or something for a complete kit. I just ordered another set for my Audi. A lifetime warranty is only good for the life of the company selling the product. I doubt an company called "HID's R US" will be around for very long... just sayin.

I've seen/heard of several RIS Designs drag axle's breaking. I don't know who makes them for RIS, but I would just steer clear of them. Can't go wrong with JJ&A though. Good luck!

My friend sent me this a few minutes ago... I guess this dude does random voices, and posted on a forum asking people to give him things to say. Click this link, and let it play in the background and read along. I listened to it like 4 times... http://vocaroo.com/?media=v2eTcwY4oh4SClwl5 Allow me to play doubles advocate here for a moment. For all intensive purposes I think you are wrong. In an age where false morals are a diamond dozen, true virtues are a blessing in the skies. We often put our false morality on a petal stool like a bunch of pre-Madonnas, but you all seem to be taking something very valuable for granite. So I ask of you to mustard up all the strength you can because it is a doggy dog world out there. Although there is some merit to what you are saying it seems like you have a huge ship on your shoulder. In your argument you seem to throw everything in but the kids Nsync, and even though you are having a feel day with this I am here to bring you back into reality. I have a sick sense when it comes to these types of things. It is almost spooky, because I cannot turn a blonde eye to these glaring flaws in your rhetoric. I have zero taller ants when it comes to people spouting out hate in the name of moral righteousness. You just need to remember what comes around is all around, and when supply and command fails you will be the first to go. Make my words, when you get down to brass stacks it doesn't take rocket appliances to get two birds stoned at once. It's clear who makes the pants in this relationship, and sometimes you just have to swallow your prize and accept the facts, instead of making a half-harded effort. You might have to come to this conclusion through denial and error but I swear on my mother's mating name that when you put the petal to the medal you will pass with flying carpets like it’s a peach of cake.

Yeah, lol. Thanks for cleaning them up before you sent them to me. There was still sludge in hidden places...

My bike would always suck the coolant back into the radiator from the bottle. Yours didn't?

Yeah, for an even bigger homo than Clark Kent...

Are your cubs ported? Post some more info. We always like hearing about good running motors. It seems like every other post is about a motor running like shit. Good to hear!
-
It will depend on what arms they are. If they were built for stock length shocks, then no, you won't lose any ground clearance. They will definitely be softer than stock, but they are notoriously stiff shocks. Try it out and see how they feel.

I just sent John a text. He'll reply here when he gets a second.

Just an Update. I have these shocks right now, and all-in-all they are in relatively good shape. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY they were rebuilt 10 hours ago. The oil was EXTREMELY metallic, and smelly. Indicative of about 30-40 hours of use. The wrong seals were used in the seal heads, and needed to be replaced. They are NOW fresh shocks, ready to be run. Nothing further, your honor.

inline radiator cooler ?
So Cal Suspension replied to do-work-son's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
That, and I was also thinking about this the other day. Don't the inline coolers go inside the hoses? So they actually neck down the water flow? I know it cant impede water flow that much, but the TINY bit of added cooling that they contribute, I would think would be wiped away by the necking down of the water flow... ...nevermind...
