  1. I should be able to make that one..
  2. Both M&M and Fast will have them. Not all of their parts are listed on the sites. It's best to call them and order over the phone. They both ship very fast and are good guys to deal with.
  3. I get mine from Andy a M&M (No Limit Powersports) Good price and site sponsor.
  4. I got mine from Tim at Stellar. 100% happy with them and I think they were around $40.
  5. That's a good starting point. You'll probably go to a 17/44 or maybe 17/45. Like sandman said a lot depends on tires and even the track you run. Set it up so you can get your 60 foot times below 1.5 and your mph 78 to 80 and you'll be running some good times.
  6. Bump
  7. I think that they were made to allow you to run a bigger carb. The extra distance up and back keeps the bowl of the left carb from hitting the clutch arm. No power change.
  8. I'm interested in buying a dyno for atv's. If anyone knows of someone or a shop that wants to sell one pm me their info. I will have it shipped if necessary. Thanks
  9. Start by screwing the adjustment on the clutch perch out. This will make a longer throw for the clutch cable and lever to disengage the clutch. As far as free play, just set it to where when the clutch is engaged you can move the lever slightly without pulling on the cable. If you run out of adjustment on the clutch perch, you'll have to take the cover off and adjust the pressure plate adjustment.
  10. Calvin at CP industries has some pv block offs. He called last week and said he just made a bunch. I think they were $70 a set. Or, eBay had some pv listed for $279.
  11. It sounds like you may need to adjust your clutch. If it dies when you put it in gear, the clutch is not disengaging. If it starts and runs good, leave the carbs alone.
  12. Rather have matoon. They can do stock cases though. I was told that anyway.
  13. Looking for a good 18 mil 125 rod crank. Need a set of cases for the same crank bored for a dm.
  14. I've got what you need. I sent you my number.
  15. This thread has gotten to personal about some good builders. I don't think any builder or parts supplier named would continue to sell substandard parts. If they found an issue with a component, it would be discontinued and they would work with you. Realistically, how many people have a true crank failure that wasn't caused by a poor setup or something unrelated to the crank. I'm sure it happens but 90% of the time the crank fails due to another problem. If you do have a crank failure, I bet you check bearings, seals, timing, fuel delivery, squish and everything else you can think of to figure out why it happened before installing a new crank. Andy, keep doing what you do. You have a shit load of people that know your quality and great business practise you provide.
  16. Enough said!!!
  17. This is easy. The only way I would buy a vitos crank is if Andy at M&M didn't sell them. Andy is great to work with, knows his shit and sells top of the line parts. 100% M&M!!!
  18. I'm hitting 5th gear about 50 feet before the finish line. But again, I'm only hitting 75 to 76 mph. I should be where you're at on mph. I honestly think at 150 pounds you could run some 16 paddle. Try to borrow tires and then buy what works best.
  19. Your mph is pretty good which means the gearing is close. If you're not bogging off the line I would go up to 14 paddle extremes. Without a wheelie bar that may create another problem. Try to get that 60' time down to 1.5. I run a 10mil cub, rigid, 16 or 17 / 44 gearing with 14 extremes. My 60' is 1.5, 75 mph and 4.1 et. I've got a little work to do also.
  20. I went through a similar situation and filed a dispute against the buyer. In an email I listed all of the chain of events and the eBay policy of the buyer entering a contract to pay for the item agreed upon. I claimed the part came back unusable and they finally ruled in my favor. EBay put my money back in my paypal account and went after the buyer. It took about a month but worth it. Since eBay owns paypal, they can make it happen if you're persistent and keep escalating it through their chain of command.
  21. Bobby I've looked and asked around and have yet to find a gas station. Scott (cock eyed racing) knows someone in tonganoxie that sells it. I go by buzz muffler on the way to work and would be glad to pick up some and meet up. I live west of kck.
