Ok guys both cylinder has same sign and that is last bore 66.5 piston from hot rod all installation and porting was done by my self , that is the first time I rebuild engine in my life .I remember the gas tank was ¼ and I add it up to the full and go around for 30 minuets but later I remember that I forgot to mix oil to the additional gas witch i add ,I think the problem is lock of mixing oil + temp+ frist time builder thanks guys for the good commentand helpful information .

Oh dear that what I m expecting (helpful advice) thanks a lot and imagine so far no one able to beat my shee , just because I m dealing with HQ , but I know there is someone faster maybe not yet meet ,the current setup is awesome but I m always looking to increase power just to be ready to meet that one , some time I m thinking for next project big bore engine with 10mm crankshaft ,so far I m busy with my 4mil power increase .
  12. Sound good guys, some one in my plce suggested just 36 carb , to make sure with some hq members is what I want !! I really trust this forum, I do not think I have to change pipe iv stag fro tirinty as i read i think it will work up to 500cc, what u guys think? I would try the current setup with 36 pwks carbs and 22x11x8x-9 paddles and see if I have to increase the timing I would go 190*exhaust and keep the transferee at it is , how can I determine or conceder what size swing arm i using ?? when i search with web i ound tow type of pwk i do not know they set to be fixed on the bike or i have to choos one of them i attuched copy for you guys to help me or if you have part number for the correct pwks and part number throttle also and pleas suggest dealer so i can conact when i m ready

  15. I m sure jetting issue due to weather getting colder, sorry guys about misunderstanding using term spraying, I understand now, I have to re jet from time to time thanks for your care

I raced yesterday at dune, my banshee beat all the way raptor of my friend 660cc with trinity stage pipe , not sure what sport air filter he use and how big his carburetor jet ,according to him he upgrade his bike in household builder workshop ,that was my first time racing and we were surprised all that fast incremental horsepower for the new banshee setup so guys I m happy with my shee now I told him about the wonderful banshee hq forum and how helpful is that.

Actually hot rod company recommend to use 4mil +5 crank shaft with Stroker gasket under stock cool head part# G093 , </SPAN> so far That is ok i will make sure about the setup after i race withe the guys hear in my place and beat them all , stock cool head kick if i still remember between 140 -150 psi yes it is possible to measure cool head chamber with fluid !
  23. since u guys recommend that wonderful advice I shift to the stock cool head , went to the sand , pull it 1st to 6th gear , the power created by the new setup looks ok, no bog, no over temp and no problems, this week I will race with other motors , in order to evaluate new setup and to see if there is need to put more power on it. I will tray to video that.thanks guys.
