  13. well right side is light brown and when i start the the engine in idle and i put my hand at the exhaust outlet the pressure looks weak not the same with left side pressure but after it is Warming up every thing is ok , pleas take note crank pressure both side 158psi, i did air leak test before i run it , will go to another tow causes, thanks sleeper06 for the nice advice.
  14. well,it works for me ,for acceptable rotor vibration, i think cutting 0.02mm turn per time from rotor until it clean good idea , and the brake caliper been fixed, thanks guys for wonderful advice really After 7 years, I think that something had to eventually give me some trouble; this doesn't seem too bad. any way ,sine it been 10mil i have trouble shifting from 2th to 3th sometimes when I'm at full throttle only at dunes , i been running 10 / 30 castrol oil. thanks for suggestion, hq.guys
  15. hi guys, i drag 1st up to 6th gear give it full throttle fine ,but if i drag with 2th gear give it full throttle start fine and the front of the bike start to go up but also start to bog then go fine again up 6th gear , may i know what is the problem way she is bogging with 2th gear with the front of the bike is up , she is not doing bog with 1th gear i want to safe time if you can help me hear. pleas note i was using same setup with old 4mil shee and not boging in the 2th gear also there is pic. of last spark plugs . Right Left
  16. not really pain in the ass,I Usually Enjoy fixing thinks, Regardless wasting time,I think some People are learning from them mistake, any how ,thank you camatv that is really good idea,i have dismantled the caliper ,cleaned it and it looks Better , i will tray it under normal operating and i will see i may need to change o-rig set because when i take it a parts the caliper piston is not slides VERY easily ,i have to put some of force by Screwdriver to make the piston move.
  17. thanks Larry's Shee for the nice advice and supports.
  18. yes a Blanchard grinder is standard machine :clap:for such work, the parking brake caliper is stuck up causing rotor like that.

  20. sorry for misunderstanding guys, really appreciated all advice and help!
  21. yeah good idea but it will take three weeks for shipping.
  22. rotor will be balance Through the first face cutting , the rotor is not really warped it need clean only, third, that is not parting tool it is carbide right hand facing tip for my new little Chinese lathe, i m posting this thread because i wondering about the thickness of the rotor after cut completed, i mean if the thickness of the rotor too small the rotor will be Bends again during brake operation due to heat and hydrolic oil force , anyway i just Try it, thank for advice man.
