Thanks Jeff i have spent alot of time on this made three diffrent designs for the o-ring and this one worked the best. If you guys think im a little high on my price let me know.

I made a few billet inserts for the stock clutch cover. I cut a o-ring grove in the back so you dont have to drain your oil or antifreeze when you need to adjust your clutch. I want 45$ shipped in the lower 48 states, it will come with the o-ring and 3 stainless steal flat head bolts (allen head). I also made a few that say YAMAHA. Here is a few pics of them. . I cut a 2" hole in my cover to adjust my clutch, I know you dont have to adjust your clutch much but when you do its a pain, draining your oil and antifreeze. The 0-ring is a standard size that my local NAPA and Auto-Value carried on hand.

yea you can cut them off they are for TORS. Just make shure the to unplug the little bow under the tank on the left side. witch is already done im shure.

X2 i got some reeds from HJR it was missing a bolt i called him up to tell him and BAM sent me the bolts with a shirt. Both are great guys ad wll buy from both again. :headbang:

last year we were their in april and we got a half an inch of snow, it was cold lol. i would not go swiming in the water thats me though. We stayed at Idaho Dunes RV Park ad was a very nice place, hot showers and very nice people

we are going again may 9-14th its a blast ad takes us 19hrs and well worth it

got it all togather just dident take pics of the finished shee. This shee sits 90% of the tima as it is a backup

I added 3.5 to my stearing stem because i have low rise fattybars, looks much cleaner than risers i built a slug out of heavy wall tubing and turned down the ends to slip inside the stem. then i welded the eds of the slug to the stem ground them clean and painted looks great
