Now the basket i bought, the big gear attatchd to it was molested aswell. . .now im jst gana drill the rivits and put the good basket with the good gear. But what or how to make rivits? And outof what? Help any1. Im gana lose my mind! Im so sic of backstabing cunt people! Why cant every1 jst be honest?

U should phone the person u bought it from and ask him why he sold it? Why was it standing. . .he'l probly give u sum kak story. . .but anyways. Pull ur clutch cover off and hav a look if ur adjusting lever isnt mayb bent or unhooked off the shift star. . .if thats fine try shifting while spining the back wheels. . .usualy it wont shift standing still. . .doesnt sound like a clutch problm at all. . . . If the above dsnt work mayb a shift fork has bent. . Then u gana hav2 split the cases. . . Good luck

Any1? Help? Whats the differance between the primary and secondary coil?

I was testing the resistance on my firing coil 2day. . . .the way i did it was, i removed the orange and brack wires then put positive on the orange side of the coil and negative on the other side. . It tested 0.4ohm wich was in speck. Then to test the secondary coil i put negative on the black side of coil and positve on the left cylinder plug lead and i dont get any reading? Its sapose2 be 4.7 to 7.1 kohms. . Help any1?

No not on a 2stroke crankcase that has petrol in it all the time. .

Are the front rims not maybe flipd around to get extra width? I know thats hard on stearing. . And u get alotof bumpsteer

Hey guys i bought a shee about a week ago and the clutch was molested so im busy fixing it. . I noticed that the crank cases hav bn sealed with silicone, the carb boots aswell. .my question, silicone isnt petrol resistant? So arnt the cases and boots gana leak?

Is it posible to remove the front tires by urself? I strugled 4 like 30min but they wnt come off

Im busy fixing my cluth nd in the manual it sais that u should set the change lever screw so the lever has equal gaps on either side? U know it that flat head machine screw with the locknut. , its on the left of the shift star. . .how does that screw work? Cause i turn myn but my gap stays the same all the time? Why must the lever hav equal gaps on either side? Shot alot 4 any help guys. .

I say it depends on 2 main things. . Firstly the oil u gana be using. . If u using synthetic oil then itl last very very long. . .maybe 500hours. .also depending how u ride. But synthetic oil is worth it! Cheep crapy oil not long. . .probly half the 500. Ok nd secondly is how well ur ports are shamferd. . .that also chows up rings. . .the crank should also be good if u use synthetic oil

Does the ball go behind or infront of that adjuster with the star locking screw?

I bought the bike with a broken clutch basket. . .nd when i wanted to take it apart there was no ball. . What does the ball do?

I took my clutch apart and noticed myn had no ball in the push rod. . .it jst had a nut with a star machine screw to lock it. . How should it be?
