alright guys i have a 00 banshee all it has is t6 pipes vito pistons and summer time lid off air box and when i pulled the carbs off it has a 310 main jet i live in middle of wisconsin.... now my buddy just bought a 95 its a 420 stroker no air box two filters reeds um...procirt pipes now he rejeted to the summer and the guy he bought it from said for summer to put like i belive it was a 220 or 240 in somone were in there now my qustion is why is my main so big and dont have close to what he has done engine wise and my engine aint running super rich runs good...just wondering whats up with this? thanks

no i can just go in 4th gear and pull it up aint the easiest but i can do it

I have vitos pistons and my pipes are t6s he has procircts.... so porting would give him more longer powerband then so it could be that to intresting I might be getting my dune play port this summer I'm only 16 though so its got blenty of power for me I can pull wheelies in 4h gear sitting down with out using the clutch whitch ain't to bad for I only way 165

hey guys tonight went for a ride with my two buddies that have banshees the one is prety much like mine just pipes and lid off the other one claims to be a 420 stroker and ported and polished pods and pipes reeds um.... we were riding tonight and me and the guy that has the stroker to my knowlege has the same gearing as mine but he eats me for topend im pined in 6th and hes toped in 5th sometimes just hiting 6th to me it seems he has to have alittle taller gears cause that would be the only way he would have more topend just casue of the motor work u can only get so fast out of the sprokets u have right?

them are like 1 in or like inch and a half snowmobile studs i was talking to him about them he said they hook like crazy

I did the same thing this winter studed a pair with 1in studboy ice scews got 1000 for like 50bucks I didn't use them all I still proby got 300 left worked well but don't touch pavement or a lot of gravel for me I was riding the river and ssled trails Ended up having to ride alittle road I took it easy not to spin and. It still hooked but wasn't the same...as when I first put them in

Ya Idk I don't think it has all that done to it ..we didn't race cause he was still getting use to it And I don't he will they hook crazy in the snow he was pulling 4 th gear wheelies down the river

we havent raced yet mine is all stock besides pipes and lid off airbox and i could keep up to him but we didnt stop and drag race we will soon i rode it and it had some balls

I don't have any as of now but ill try to get some what's. The most u can bore the stock jugs out cause it looks like the stock jugs But the Guy said its a 420

well guys yesterday i few of my buddys from around my house one went out and bought a banshee it was the guy i bought mine from freind that had one its a 03 he got for 1800 its got procirt pipes pretty much like mine lid off and it has reeds...... once he got that my other buddy wanted to ride it he rode it and said im getting one found a nice 95 on craigslist its bored to a 420 or it has differant cylinders ported polished got pods reeds thing is fast so yesterday we went riding around my house and it was just cool having three banshees around cause back in the late 80s and 90s my dad and his freinds all had them and they got rid of them once they got out of school and its kinda cool now were starting to bring them back 10-15 yrs later

ya i proby have wild car or fast or hjr do it aint sure yet on prices and what not proby be expensive to ship the hole engine to fast or someone and they proby wouldnt want to tear it apart for me taht way i knew everything was put to gether good ya them pipes proby wouldnt be the best for it it proby some t5s or i was looking at some r2s

Allright dirty.....idk if my cranks welded....or. not....I would love not to have to. Split the cases but if I do I have some buddys that would be able to help me out they race 250rs are good with engines.... That's what I was thinking dune or agressive trail were would u suggest havig do the porting was thinking one of the site sponcers..... people were saying that the t6s are bad once u get the motor ported idk if its true or not maybe that's just with a. Bigger engine like a 4mil

Hey guys. Looking at porting my banshee this coming summer once I get some money rolling in not looking at doing a 4mil or anything would like to port my stock stroke and everything..... Now idk what kind of port job to get... were I ride is hillclimbs drags with friends and wide open roads and some tight trails..... My bike now only has vitos pistons stock bore...t6 pipes and the lid off now if I get it ported would it really wake my banshee up looking for more power......I don't need a differant crank if I'm just geting the 350 ported right Just got some qustions and how much would this run me with everything I would need
