this may sound dumb but may be worth trying, but on an actual honda its set up in reverse, the nuts are on the outside of the sprocket and the flush side of the bolt goes on the inside (closest to the carrier) if there would be a way to set it up like that it would fix it. but it seems odd they make everything else match the honda except the set up of the hub for the sprocket
