  1. Thanks savage! Im a little unsure if i will need to bore the cylinders or just hone them for another set of 64.50... There is no deep scratches on the walls but on top of each cylinder there is a rough sopt where it looks like it rusted .. Its like a half inch on one cylinder and a inch on the other... What could this be from? Its only at the very top of both..

  5. that's the max i would spend... Not sure if the porting would be fundable. Im already looking into yfz a-arms.. Will they work with works dual rate shocks? Also is weisco a reliable gasket and piston company? also may look into a head. But theres a couple different brands. The bike should have great low-mid power with just a hone or bore top end. Would a set of pipes give me better topend? Right now its a single carb which explains the bottom end and the mid but will a set of pipes with bigger expansion chamber help?
  6. Right now i have a stock stroke shee with VF 2 reeds, 2-1 intake with a 33pwk. Stock bore, fmf knarly pipes with power core 2 silencers.+4 timing. I mainly ride on trails and a little hill climbs. This setup is ok but the topend has cleared 160 hours+ and i inspected the pistions and they are pretty bad with a little play. Just looking for a little more power. What else can i do that wont hurt the pocket but add a little more hp? any suggestions welcome

  10. Im looking for quicker acceleration... Less topend. Where i ride i dont use it and i mainly ride on trails and some mild hillclimbs. Little drag but no one around here as a 4poke to keep up
  11. Gotcha i was j/w my bike right now has 22" upfront and 20" in the back... The bike was like this when i bought it.
  12. Hmmm how to put it.... Would this make me accelerate faster and just lower my topend or the opposite, Accelerate a little slower but have a greater topend?

  15. Gotcha i didn't think they were stock but i'm finding out a a lot more about this thing! I always said it rode like a Cadillac.
  16. I think i may have a set of dual rate shocks on my shee, but i don't know the difference from a reg shock! The ones on my shee are teal with a smaller white spring on top with a line and a cartridge.

  21. I have a set of fmf powercore 2's, i took them apart just to inspect but the packing inside is pitch black and very brittle? Would there be any benefits for me to repack them? Or just let them go
