  1. ya i think so we had the track leased too a guy but he got in trouble so we took it back. im going too have a race in feb or march but call me sometime and we can go ride sometime

  5. im done with them now and i didnt put the boort ports in ill wait and see if i like it how it is first. i ported them EXT 188* Transfers 125* 66% ext width and a blow down of 31.5.
  6. well when you advance your timing it gives you more power down low and takes away from your topend so if you retard it you get more topend. i was running asphalt and was trying some stuff and it does work. i also put at +4 and ran up the road too holding a gps and checked my top speed then did it at -2 and it was faster but not alot it just lets it rev farther.

  8. Hey im porting my cylinders and was thinking about puting in some boost ports . I will be rideing trails and i own a motocross track so do yaw think it would make my power band too short. and what size would be good too go with; i have heard that if you make them too big not enough of the fuel mixture will go into the crankcase and will not get enough lubrication too the rod and crank bearings. is this true? thanks for all the replyes.

  12. im selling the front tires and wheels on my banshee.the wheels are 4/156 Douglas .125 Wheel 10X5 3.0 + 2.0. The tires are 3.50x10 kendas. they are all brand new and probaly have less than an hour on them. Ill take 150 plus shipping for them or 90 for the wheels and 60 for the tires and that what i gave for them. thanks any questions call 256-605-6482.

  14. ok guys i have changed my mind about a drag bike. im still going too port it but im going too do a play/dune port.im getting tired of not being able too ride it when i want too. i am going too buy another motor and build a drag bike from the ground up. but for now im just going too set this one up for trail racing and stuff like that can yaw give me some input on how too port it and make the power come on smooth in the mid and pull forever lol. thanks again.

  20. thanks for the numbers. i have read about the port width perentage already. im going with some out of frame drag pipes and probally 35 too 39mm carbs and im runing 1/8th mile mostly. im going too start out on gas but will change oo alcahol later. im going too run high compression and i weigh 145 lbs. thanks for the help

  22. lol i knew this would be like pulling teeth from a grizely bear lol.its going too be strictly asphault drag bike so i want a full drag port. i could send them off be out say 450 bucks and have some awesome jugs, or i could do them my self spend probaly that much in tools and alot of time porting them but i will have learned alot about portng and how they flow and all that. im not being an a** hole, i know this is sacread information lol. i just want too be able too do it. how do you think all the big guys ggot started? they had people tellng them its extremly hard to do and an art.if they had of just sent theres off too get done they would not know what they do today.the only way too get somewhere in life, you have too do it yourself; nobody is going too take you there just help you sometimes and im just asking for some help guys.
  23. i know im fixing too ask the question that alot of people dont know, and the ones that do are not talking much lol. im building a asphalt drag bike and i want too do all the work too it myself because im just that way.i was wondering if any of yaw could give me some port timings too start with or any tips at all. i have been reading alot about porting and i think it cool and i want too do it. Yes , i culd send my jugs off too a builder and have them ported but i would not learn anything and i could not truely say i built the motor. it would be like puting a kit togther if i sent them off too get ported. i just want some good numbers too start with and what not too go past and stuff like that.   24. i put it togeheter and it ran good but i was going too race this weekend but dont have the money. got to bvuy 200 bucks worth of tags this month so im just going too tear it all down and start my new build a little earlie lol.
