    A-Arms

I'm still new to a lot of this, but I just picked up a used set of Elka front shocks and now I'm looking into replacing the a-arms. I do mostly trail riding and don't know what the +2, +1 means for my situation. I want to be sure these shocks will work with new extended arms. Could someone educate me as to what would be best. Thanks
