  1. Ive done probably about 20 of them already.

Most worked, some didn't. A few after market levers didn't work. I have an asv on my bike and it works.

Set up is key. Takes a bit to adjust and get it right, but once done it's a 100% noticeable gain.

I tell people, there's nothing to loose.

It's a mod that you can just undo and go right back to where you were. The original hole is still there and un touched.

I use it on both my bikes.

RTC levers used to be the norm. He did it for years.

    You're not running a lockout?
  2. Duncan puts out very high quality workmanship and products.

They are extremely passionate and detailed craftsman to the atv trade.

That being said, as others have pointed out, they have not pushed forward with updated banshee motor building techniques that other newer, younger builders have.

Loren did some incredible early pioneering and development in the banshee world and developed a small handful of motor builds that he could replicate consistently and sell to the public with a certain degree of reliability.

More horsepower can be found with other builders now days.

Duncan treats their customers extremely well.

  3. I'll say this. I can let some shit go with peeps I'm tight with when it comes to this shit. But when it's on that level from someone f dat I will stop a mothafucka. Every member on BHQ that posts and is involved in BHQ I def do not have a prob with even tho we all don't agree but that's norm. Dumb Claude is one of my favs so no one can say I don't care bout special peeps

This might be JT's longest post to date!

  4. Dude with the outlaw for sale has everything. It was a runner 2 weeks ago, thats why i said to contact him directly. He has it posted on fb.

No offense but if you havent been around banshees for awhile i doubt a scratch build will be done correctly. Way to many little details to learn by trial and error for someone to get it perfect first try but good luck.

A lot of truth here ^^^
  5. I will say this, if you value the benefits of better handling and performance, and running a Banshee motor is your hearts desire, then getting ahold of that Outlaw in as complete a form is possible is probably a solid choice.

As stated by others, be prepared to spend more then you estimate in the beginning. By a ways....

There will always be some sort of unexpected surprise come along that you won't anticipate.

  6. Those chassis are no longer available... seems like the best option is the LSR MX. At this rate I wouldn't be surprised if those goes extinct as well.

They may not be available new anymore, but they can be found used occasionally.

I know of one Laeger Banshee that could possibly be purchased.

  7. Gonna be mixed use... right now light MX, mostly trail. Hopefully dune and desert in the future when I can move back out west. I'm building a Banshee because it's an "instant classic." I had a Raptor before and loved it, but I want something truly special. This one is going to be a keeper

    I have a Laeger Pro-trax Banshee.

4130 Chromoly frame, 250R geometry, CR500 rear link, ect.

The difference between this and oem is night and day for the better.

If your a serious rider who cares about performance and handling, the 250R geometry is absolutely worth the investment.

I have no experience riding an LSR Outlaw Banshee with 250R geometry.

My understanding is that they are similar to my Laeger.
