Have you done a plug chop to see if you are really running lean? I have the same setup, trinity stage IV 2 to 1 in take and I run a 180 main jet and needle clip on top slot. and my bike runs perfect. I'm in florida were it is always hot, I don't know where you are at............

+2, +4 adjustable axle. or extended to at least +4

Man I went out there to Seminole tribe motocross today and got my ass handed to me, I have got to get some upgraded suspension. I had all the speed in the world but when it came to jumps and handle I was dead in the water. The track would be great if they had one for just quads, there was too many dirt bikes and you know what they do to a track. Sadly it was only a hand full of quads there and I was the only one on a banshee.

No I don't, my camera sucks, what is it you are looking for? There is no numbers on them, all they say is Mikuni. There is a 300 main jet in there and needle clip is on the 3rd slot. I just pick these up a day or so ago.

Have you checked you timing plate? make sure it set to +4, also did this start when you but the PT on? have you done a plug chop?

Hello all, I'm going to be changing my carbs setup over from a 2 to 1, to dual 28mm carbs and was wondering what kind of jetting people are running with this setup. Bored .40 over V force 3 carbon fiber reeds +4 timing Toomey T5 and silencers 40:1 pre mix about 40' above sea level (I think, I'm in FL) dual 28mm carbs with K&N Pods MX port and polished Trinity racing stage IV head with 20cc dooms Main jet size, Pilot jet, needle position 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th slot etc..., air/fuel screw turns, etc.... Well I have a trinity racing stage IV 2 to 1 and I love it, you don't have to worry about sync carbs, or 1 cylinder not getting fuel unless your reeds are bad. They are great for the tight trail and open areas. I would go for it.....
